    There's nothing wrong with eating good fats, your body needs a decent chunk of fat every day to stay healthy and balanced for things like your hormones and natural testerone levels, and i would suggest going higher than 20%. Good sources of protein are things like chicken, steak/mince, tuna, salmon, eggs, turkey.

    For what it's worth i think 19s almost always look better than 18s on a Supra so good choice, just my opinion And beautiful selection of wheels, you have good taste pal

    I recently fitted a boostlogic 4" with a whifbitz 3" midpipe, it is silly loud. Most day i love it but yesterday i just wanted something quieter lol i had to close the windows and turn the music up because it was doing my head in

    Haha, they do look good huh, I've had lot's of comments on them even from randoms since fitting them Thanks mate Cheers mate, yeah another would be good, hopefully get some more people interested next time. I think so, but he wasn't sure, they looked pretty much exactly the same as mine but with a lower offset, the tyres needed a strong stretch on his car. Pretty sure they were varrstoen though yeah mate. haha, he does love his bike, takes great price in it Was good to meet you too mate, let's do it again sometime.
