  1. Yeah I'm sure it's that mate, as we cut the wire that said AFM/TPS/MAP +5v. (I think it was number 2 on b75) And we just left the cheep crimpt terminals on it but I think it woul Benifit from being soldered
  2. DOHhhhhhh! I kept telling ash " I bet it's the FCD causing the problem" See when I wired in my e-manage I spent months reading up on it. But when ask asked me to give him a hand he came with the wrong ecu pin outs lol so we spent around 45mins trying to work it out and searching for the right one lol.
  3. I told him I didnt have a clue when I first saw it mate lol he also didn't have a clue I don't know why we even attempted it lol After we wired it up he took it for a quick test drive to see if it got fuel cut and he said it hit 1.2 bar with no fuel cut so that's why he thinks we hit the correct wires lol We are just pure amateurs pmsl
  4. Ahhhh there is our problem mate! We wired it to number 10 air flow! We needed number 9. Dohhhhhhh! See I knew we should of left it as we didn't know what we where doing! Lol
  5. Like I said before mate check the ecu wires that we cut, make sure they have a good connection ( buy yourself a cheep solder iron and solder the wires back together and take them daft cheep crimpt connectors off)
  6. I could be totally wrong here but I think I've found somthing on it: I think we need to order a TT suction port union 44337-24020 and a TT suction port union o-ring 90301-11016 That will fit in place of the GE port that goes stright into the power steering tank. Then you can either buy a TT ps tank or drill and tap your GE tank and fit a fitting into that then attach a hose from your new TT scction port to the new port that your have tapped in place or it should attach stright onto a TT ps tank with no need to dril and tap. I hope this helps but don't take my word on any of this information mate as this is just somthing I've put together off reading outher peoples posts on different forums lol I'm sure this is how it works but I'm still trying to find out more info myself .
  7. I also need to understand how to do this as ive been searching for months now lol :-/
  8. Pmsl I wouldn't go that far like lol
  9. I'm quite embarrassed to say but I quite like the color of that! But Im not keen on the extra badges and bonnet.
  10. If you want I can talk you through how to do it your self and where to buy the professional window film from (not that cheep Halfods stuff) Or I could pre-cut and shrink the film for you and post it out so you you just need to fit it. Feel free to pm me if you decide to do it yourself and I will happily talk you through it

    Van insurance?

Hi could anybody advise me on a good cheep van insurance company? I have a transit short wheel base connect that I use for work but the insurance keeps jumping up evey year with our currant insurer :-/ I've tried searching for van insurance brokers but can't seem to find any. Any help and advice would be much appreciated Thanks
  12. I think we should have the date changed as it looks like 95% of people can't make it lol
  13. Too right mate! Sometimes I think it would look better with just a hole lol I don't understand why someone would cut into a bumper when there is plenty outher ways of fitting a fog! But I will get that sorted in time
  14. Cheers guys! They look better I the flesh! I was abit on the fence at first but they have grown on me now
  15. Yeah that's where I buy mine from they are at Barnard castle. Yeah they have only stopped the gloss black tho as we could still get matt black and outher colors. We are still waiting for a phone call from Thomas as we have a contract with a near dealers for gloss black roofs but at the minute William smith can only provide us with that TOTAL WRAP stuff and it's just not the same lol
  16. I think you will find you will probs hit more power than that unless you run low boost, most NA-T's running stock compression and a low boost of 7psi normally hit 375fbhp and 9-10psi will see 400bhp so with you using the TT head gasket I would of thought you could hit around 450-460bhp and still be safe!
  17. Fantastic mate! I had sort of the same thing happen to me with my Corsa 2.0ltr turbo but it was also cutting out now and again, it took me ages to work out it was just the damn k&n restricting air flow but then again I was using the k&n air filter that was from my 1.2 engine pmsl oooooops! Mega fail on my behalf! Lol
  18. There is more and more of these NA-T guys poping up! I love it! Looks fantastic mate! What sort of power are you aiming for?
