It will still fire up an engine but the Ron rating will have dropped significantly and make it run like crap ! It might be ok on idle but on WOT it would be terrible.

I’ve been watching the channel 4 F1 meets videos and the one with Nigel Mansell was very insightful. He said he wouldn’t want to go in modern F1 as there’s too much electronic and political interference. He said he’d love to get back to man and machine and all out racing like the good old days.

Well apart from a bit of traffic was quite a calm and calculated win for Hamilton. Verstappen beating Vettel out of the pit lane was crucial for him and a well deserved 2nd. Ferrari are going to have to get there act together if they want any hope of taking the constructors or drivers championships. Hamilton is well and truly on fire at the moment.

Yep some big misjudgement by Ferrari and Red Bull both running out of fuel leaving Force India’s to put in some flying laps as the track dried out. Also Bottas has a grid penalty and will be starting from the back.

I did the guy said the other hard line didn’t look great so they replaced the lot whilst everything was off.

Just a bump and a reminder about these. Thankfully mine failed whilst they were being tested on the mot. Rear pipe exploded covering a nice portion of the workshop in brake fluid
