  1. Ah, yes.. good point. Sounds a lot like how we (Australia) should never beat the Yanks in sport given the relative populations And agree with the sentiments, Scooter.
  2. Yeah, a better indication would be a graph of numbers over comparative times of day - remember that the Seppos have a big country with different timezones, which will affect when people finish work and log on at home I'm not sure how things work here or there, as I don't really post much either place, but I'd like to hope that post-count is only accrued through contributing to technical parts of the forum - so off-topic banter isn't a way to appear like a usefully contributing member of the forum. Either that and/or a rating system.
  3. For what it's worth, I think that all Supra forums have hit their peak and are in a state of slow decline - obviously the US is still very strong due to sheer numbers, but it's been very noticeable in Australia over the past few years in terms of the number and quality of technical and project threads. Here (UK) is somewhere in the middle, but we're still affected by the increasing age and decreasing price of these cars which means that more people can buy them but who cannot afford to properly maintain them. However, there are still some cracking project threads popping up every now and then that I'm hanging on every update for!
  4. Entertaining, if a little hollow, game. Uruguay were certainly in it the entire distance - Germany looked a bit down-in-the-mouth, and were looser than usual in defence.
  5. I and many others have used them in Australia - decent prices and good service.
  6. Nice work, AGAIN! Always impressive seeing the before and afters of your work, mate.
  7. I don't know about the North, but here in London the problem seems to be more about inefficiency than capacity. I've never seen so much wasted water than in this country - starts with old leaking water mains, and ends with toilets without dual flush, and showerheads without water saving measures. And if this is what it's like in domestic usage, I shudder to think how wasteful the industrial practices are - and that's the bulk of water use.
  8. Yep, IS-F has 7 speed auto. Beautiful and smooth it is, too.
  9. Very impressive! Sounds awesome as well.
  10. Pedro, hang your head in shame. Should be charged with murder after that butchered 2 on 1 with Torres.
  11. Well, clearly you've considered a few avenues with this project. Good luck with it all!
  12. There's definitely been a 4WD Supra made - crazy Russians - but I can't recall the details of their 4WD system.
  13. Ahh, a *proper* engineering project, not just another 2JZ single turbo conversion Watching this with interest!
  14. Not sure if anyone else has noticed this: It's all I can see now when I watch Germany.
  15. D'OH! Well, you'll just have to do a few more runs and make sure the camera's working this time Swedish asshole!
  16. And I've been promised videos 322 km/hr terminal speed, according to the text I received - I was very impressed Still haven't had a ride in it since the single was put on
  17. What's your budget (i.e. do you want only free or cheap stuff)? There are quite a few cool things that aren't "cheap" - like having drinks in the bar at the top of Tower 42, or dining in the OXO tower - but if you want budget things, then * most of the museums are free, * St Paul's is not too expensive, * and depending on the day you're here the markets are always worth some time (Borough for food, Greenwich for art & jewellery, Portobello Road for knickknacks and vibe, Camden for freaks).
  18. I think that the quality of the individuals in England teams is easily top 8 in the world. What I continually struggle to understand is how a team of champions continually plays worse than the sum of its parts. Surely the stress and pressure of playing for Chelsea or Man U or Liverpool etc is similar to the World Cup?
  19. Now I understand why you English are miserable pessimistic gits. If Australia played as bad in a sport we obsess over (i.e. rugby or cricket), the players would not be able to return to our country afterward - they'd have to employ witness-relocation skills. Plonkers.
  20. England are playing as bad as I've seen. No-one wants the ball, or to create anything! That, and the passing & handling is crap.
