It's a well known problem (as times have changed starting with NZ) but Apple have yet to issue a fix. Try setting a non-reoccuring alarm. I think it only affects reoccurring alarms. Try something like > File > Transfer purchases to get bought songs off it into the new library, and as for the rest of the songs, I am a Mac user, so can't help pal
