What did you think of the Ginger ninjas tackle on zabaleta? It was a shocker to say the least!, It will be good to see a final that doesn't involve any of the "big four".

Think I might aswell order the spanners they are only a tenner, and don't want to end up braking something By taking the wieght off I meant compress the spirings or loosen the lower wishbone by what you've said I don't need too anyway, how much would I need to drop it for say two inch drop or is it just trial n error?

they are bottom adjustable, So I don't have to take any weight off them? It sounds to easy to be true! What would I use to release the locking nuts? Don't think I have anything big enough? Cheers for the quick reply

I have adjustable h+r suspension on my car and since putting a standard front on ( finally shot of the veilside ) it looks really high at the front, and would like to drop it a little bit, now I have no idea how to do this so any help would be appritiated.

It's all down hill though, heading south I've never gettin decent mpg in mine, lucky if I were to get 20mpg but I do have a pretty heavy foot.

If that's the case you could simply just box it in from underneath and restore the integrity that may have been lost, whilst still allowing room for engine rock.
