    I'm in love

I adored the GT300 already, I plan on reaching it some day That has helped!
  2. Had to one-up me with that "-R" didn't you. Pesky LSD!
  3. Absolute gutter dude Hope it gets sorted ok!
  4. I'll start a group up. However, if it fails to succeed to the degree that a thread posted into the "Scotland" section does then you are for it, SteveR. (joking )
  5. I could fill this in for a couple other people aswell but I'll let them participate themselves drift_bear - newburgh - soon to be a n/a taitum - bannermill (the beach) - n/a aerotop HateEvent - Culter - White NA-TT
  6. Would it also not come over as possibly fraudulent and invalidate insurance if it wasn't seen to properly though is more what I wonder? Don't get me wrong, I'm picking up an NA-TT (SZ with conversion) this weekend so I agree re purchase being worthwhile, but got to be going the correct way about it for insuring and such is all I mean A "T" in the engine code. Otherwise EXACTLY the same. (I jest )
  7. I guess it's just to save your own back when it comes to insurance details being 100% correct so you can't get screwed somehow and to be correct and not falsely advertising etc. is all

    Evening all!

Nice effects. Car looks good. Welcome to the club
  9. It's just that - despite being set up the same - it is NOT originally an RZ. That's the important part. What it wasn't from the start. I could take a standard VW Golf 1.4, upgrade the brakes, suspension, gearbox, change all the interior, change the bumpers and put in a GTi engine. It may be exactly the same, but I can't say it IS a GTi as it isn't. It saves confusion and any misleading issues. Yes it performs the same and features the same components as an RZ, but it still isn't one and shouldn't be marketed as such. P.S. I know that technically it hasn't been marked on the advert as one, but one would assume that a 6 speed TT is going to be exactly that, considering it's not got UK spec bits ) P.P.S. I'm also aware that it can't be a UK given that it's facelift, it's just the point I'm trying to get across before people get picky
  10. I'm 21 with 3 years no claims and I'm £955 (NA-TT).
  11. That's fantastic looking dude. Congratulations
  12. Glass lenses on a facelift style black backing is what I'd much prefer That'll be the first thing I do (aside from rear tyres) when I get this Supe
  13. Welcome along Have you driven a Supe TT, 968 and E36 M3 yet to get a feel for them?

    Welcome along
  15. Think along the lines of Psyopus It's not gutteral in this one, that's more what Element 106 (other band I linked previously) does
  16. Yeah I totally agree with Guigsy there - that's ridiculous to be honest!
  17. Lame! Gaz you bumped it so I had another shot. 72.60. #2. How frustrating!
  18. Beginning a sentence with a capital letter and the use of a full stop to end said sentence are also sometimes overlooked it would appear. Nobody likes playing that game now - it'll all end in tears and people getting "one up" on others. A bit pointless really, is it not? Also, for what it's worth, the content of this post is a good definition of irony.

    After BPU

Have read those words over and over when discussing gains: weight and geometry. Setting the geometry will help the car stick to the road and be most usable for all applications. You don't want camber, toe etc. to be all to whack when on twistys With regards to weight it's very simple in saying about power to weight ratio being so important. You could have a 2000bhp monster, but it won't be very quick if it weighs 20 tonnes! Hogmaw's post about driving skills is very important aswell. You can have all the power you like, but what is that without control? If you can't utilize it correctly, it's wasted and a pointless task to extract more and more power when it won't be adopted properly
