  1. Somewhere, i would realy have to look hard for them They are quite different to m3 type ones though
  2. Well i can now safely say you have just sold it for him
  3. And even if it doesnt make no difference ill take it anyway to add as the unique factor of my unicorn
  4. For what your after YEY but the rest of the engine will want to be specced properly to take full advantage of them
  5. Dude ive got more important things to buy tbh bud! I wouldnt mind you getting it though to see what differences it makes
  6. Ill be fitting it eitherway you look at it, you will never know the difference Ill make him a nice offer and see if he bites
  7. Not at all rob, i know some of the supra lads from down under and a suprising amount have the ecu.
  8. Pah you will have to fight me for it TBH it wont up the power like you guys hope it will, its just a better map with the rev limiter raised and top speed delimiter. It will just feel a bit more lively through the gears nothing more dont get your hopes up to far
  9. Here's an insight to how much Post 471 http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=187591&page=32
  10. You'd be lucky again to find someone to part with one Probly still worth the best part of 450-500 as there about 800+ new last i checked
  11. Tanabe touring medalion but good luck finding one and for less than £600 new
  12. Dont we all? The guy has gone nuts since going single
  13. Subaru boxer engine for some odd reason but if you look carefuly that isnt a supra engine bay
  14. On a stock ecu with piggyback yes, 10-11psi is possible and has been done with a good tune/fuel and standalone, you just need a good tuner but thats MAX, pushing it beyond that will fuck the engine. I spent 2 years researching and theorising how to make NA-T work and work well and even though now i still believe in it and still have confidence i could push one to 600+ i have much different goals which wont be possible using the NA base.
  15. Well I am forced to work whilst being rather unwell so... I don't know if its just me but after working on cars for the last 7 years you get to know when its correctly tight. The only time I use a torque wrench realy is when im doing internal engine work , clutch/flywheel and wheels unless there's bolt that has to be ridiculously tight.
  16. Yeah that's what I did course.... the vvti NA engine rebuild manual quotes those figures but comeon ffs you don't need torque settings for something simple like that, you know when its tight enough and matt don't know what your laughing at you wouldn't know how to work a torque wrench if it was handed to you with child instructions..
  17. FFS paul You would be right to say that about skylines plus tuned properly you can still have great response even running something like 272 or 280 cams, well from my understanding anyway. I have a set off an R34 at home although it may take a little more work to make then fit.
  18. It may well be expensive but it will be a worthy investment in the long run. As for the facelift/pre facelift, dandan wrote in his build thread that a couple of the suspension arms had beefier bushes so he swapped for those so I don't see why pre facelift wouldn't fit in replacement. Its not like the suspension was totaly overhauled and different from original.
  19. I tell you what some people are just so anal with stuff If you realy want to know then its 8.5NM
  20. TT is probly better but you dont know what sort of life the engine/turbos have had regardless of what the owner tells. How long before the stock twins let go and the cracks appear in the housings... With good map and ecu you could do 10-11 PSI on the stock HG
