  1. Those look far more modern than the one's I'm thinking of. You are right though, they would be too small for your brakes. My Papa has an Audi Coupe and he has 2 sets of the standard alloys that are fairly hard to come by. I'm working off of memory here but IIRC they look similar to the Avez (5 spokes of similar design) only they are split rim or have the fake split rim design. I think they had a large nut holding the centre cover on as well.
  2. These would look fantastic.
  3. Slightly dished 5 spokes really suit the audi. Is there no way you can get a hold of the stock 5 spokes? Those look stunning.
  4. Cheers mate, was much easier than last year. I'm thinking that last years pumpkin might not have been fully ripe or something as this one cut FAR easier lol.
  5. Ahh, billet main caps were pretty much a necessity then
  6. Ouch that doesn't look good at all. What power was that running Jamie?
  7. Took some half decent pics of it.
  8. It's a lot of hours to do all the riddles.
  9. Up to yourself, free to do as you like. There are cats dotted around the game, when you stand over them you are asked if you want to change to catwoman.

  11. The top half splits in 2. If you have removed the allen screws it just needs some persuation to separate.
  12. No, what he is doing is putting the standard nut for the auto shifter into the universal momo gearknob. The gearknob isn't a screw fitting, it's a universal fitting. He is modifying it slightly so that it screws on/off. The manual gearknob doesn't have a removable nut so unless the previous owner has went to the hassle of finding a nut that fits and modifying the knob to suit I don't think it will screw off.
  13. Looks lovely. Are those straight pictures or have you HDRd them slighty? Only reason I ask is the paint finish is fantastic but the brakes look really faded (which happens with matt colours using HDR). If not, get the calipers painted Definitely needs some leather on the inside, and black carpets, as you say.. you'll get to that
  14. I understand that bud, but you're alienating people who don't have a project on the go. How much would it be to fit, build up the wings and repaint what needs re-painted.
  15. Not for me, but it might help with a potential buyer making their mind up..... Who would be on for making it fit? Would yourself or Simon be able to make it fit? A rough estimate on the amount of £ it would take to get it looking good, even an estimate, would probably help no end.
  16. Coolio, I was imagining splatter everywhere lol.
  17. Can you laser alloy? I know we never did any in work, assumed it couldn't be done. Same with titanium but that's obvious why lol.
  18. No, I guess it's a British saying. Short for "get in there" as in "go for it", "well done", "yaaaassssss" etc.
  19. Fingers crossed a new unit will solve the issue then.
  20. Yeah I'm expecting a bit of noise, I just don't want it sounding like it's falling apart lol. I don't mind that it doesn't drive like stock, what's annoying me is the sales patter saying that it does. One of the big things I need is for the car to be driveable on the street as 99.999% of the time that's where it's going to be. This is the main reason I am going for a twin disc, to keep the pedal weight down (and obviously futureproof/bombproof). If you were doing it all again would it still be RPS or would you give the Carbonetics a try? Have you had a drive with a carbonetics clutch at all? Any experience at all? Cheers
  21. Probably on the edge of it's limit then. Looks a monster of a prop too. Will you need to go full custom now or are there other options on the market? What do you reckon they will do about your failure? I'm guessing a replacement would just fail in the same way.
