2bh i made some out of wood (well my old man did) absolutely solid (can get pic if u wanna see how they were done). I never trust the welded ones, i bought some from a motor company a while ago, not bad but the welds didnt look up 2 much and werent totally flat sitting on the floor without weight. Save urself probably a 130 sheets and get some tough wood and DIY it.......

Yep very very rarely see one, or get seen......infact i think ive never been spotted. I love the rareness, its the charm for me....the and the fact that the looks / shear performance really out weight the price tag

Ive been with Admiral for 2 years plus, very pleased with them and im Multi car aswell They werent the cheapest when i renewed, but i trust the quality of the covrer. They were also happy to fight my case (and win) when someone pulled out in front of me. (Was in my other car and i dodged them, but clipped someone else in the process so it was 50:50)

I like the iPhone, but its a surf board size. Definately not the sort of stick in your pocket size and not worry about it, when you go out on the razzle.

Id just replace it if u havent already, there like a tenner or something. It controls the pressure in the system (under pressure waters boiling point is > 100c). If ur rad cap is knackered it could release pressure too early or not hold it at all, thus allowing the boiling water / steam into the expansion tank. At least thats my take on it......someone will soon smack me down if im wrong tho. How about water pump?
