Also check speed rating on the tyres - I've had imports come across with snow tyres before that look like normal low profile tyres, one Supra like that - they were only rated to about 90mph and I'd driven it errrrr slightly more than that! Tracking is quite important as Nic has said, roads there are cambered in one slope from side to side for drainage where as in the uk they are cambered in a slope either way from the middle for drainage and as such they set the camber in Japan for the car to drive straight in these circumstances which can mean uneven tyre wear if left like that here. Yes but I'd also recommend a triple pronged approach to getting rid of / protecting yourself from spyware / adware that causes ill system effects that antivirus software doesn't pick up on. Use Adaware, Spybot S&D and Spyware Blaster - again, all freeware programs available from snapfiles. Most people may think this is OTT but in my opinion it is not, I use this approach to look after hundreds of machines I look after in Midlothian, Scotland with the exception we pay for Sophos Antivirus as it's generally accepted as the best. If you don't use this approach, especially in my job where kids are involved and visiting games websites and mp3 sites, you end up with undesireables such as 180search assistant, web rebates, shop at home select agent, toptext i lookup and eZula causing all kinds of system problems. I know this thread is old and probably was resolved in the manner discussed, but just to add - had a problem with my Supra smoking and losing a lot of oil. Turned out to be the oil pressure switch, the seal on it had perished and was pissing out my oil, it was running down the exhaust area and causing the effect of smoke out the back. It was a £12 part and a couple of hours to fit it in the end.... Cheers, Brian.

As I said to you m8, best way I've found is do an online quote for a UK spec with elephant, then call them quoting the quote reference. Tell them all details are exactly the same apart from it's an import and you want that stated on the policy. Usually they add about £200 and it's job done, cheaper quote than anywhere else for me. The 2xRB26 rumours are just that; what a load of crap. It's an AMG V12 as used in the Pagani Zonda with quad turbo's strapped on. It's not really a skyline at all, more a replica JGTC car in that it has a spaceframe chassis etc. and just looks like a GT-R because of the shell.
