  1. where are you based mate. Mine would be a good example of a stripped out interior. It's noisey in there though! Although it's not a N/A ...
  2. Hi all, would be great to get some support on the WhifBitz Time Attack Group I've just created on Facebook: http://www.new.facebook.com/group.php?gid=34677838419 Feel free to add your own footage and photos etc. On an aside, I notice that this forum (or similar names anyway) also has a group on there too.
  3. hi mate. I have one. Just been repainted in black as well but taking off as need to save weight. It has an electric mirror, not electric folding - you may be able to fold it manually if that's what you mean but never tried it to be honest. Currently located at Paul's (WhifBitz) for collection if you like?
  4. I _think_ it may have been me thinking about it. From memory the traffic was quite bad and I didn't have a front number plate on. And right next to me was Mr Fuzz - although fortunately he didn't notice it ...
  5. Bit long ago to remember where I was that day now - can you tell I don't check in here very often :-)
  6. Yeap - hands up it was me who had the off Trying a little too hard me thinks! Shame I didn't have the video running for the off as ran out of memory on it Spent today running about getting it all fixed up again ready to go to Snetterton tomorrow for another track day.
  7. I'll be bringing a blank of wood with me then
  8. Hi all, I have a DEFI control unit II and with a number of dEFI gauges. However, I would now like a DEFI Link Indicator II to warn me if any of the other gauges are showing warnings (hard to keep an eye on them all while racing). Cheers, Ben.
  9. Unfortunately yeah (plus I was too slow to book anyway ) I have heard the floating disks are noisey too.
  10. My calipers have been sent of to KAD to take a look at and see if they can fix the knocking sound. Will report back. Cheers, Ben.
  11. Paul's got my car if you ask nicely ... (Although from memory it's just a Greddy Ti rather than a Ti-R) http://www.greddy.com/products/display/?Category=exhaust&SubCategory=5 http://www.greddy.com/home/?id=222
  12. Try changing your shoes ... sounds odd but worked for me
  13. I guess we'll find out - good points though
  14. Looks like you guys have been sorted, but I have some too.
  15. Looks like we're going to find out anyway (EDIT: Looks like we'll find out how "good" the engine really is)
  16. I wondered when you'd spot this She has done 95k miles now don't forget ...
  17. Hi all, I know this is a rather subjective question, but what are people's "opinion's" (if you can back that up then great) of the maximum power that is _reasonable_ to push out of a stock engine (see garage for other supporting mods)? I'm currently running 599.5 bhp on stock internals and would consider that to be around about the limit for stock. However, now considering race fuel to get another 50 - 100 bhp - am I just asking for trouble? Background: Will be doing a rebuild at some point, but would like the engine to last this year / season otherwise 'er indoors won't be getting her kitchen and I'll get linched ;-) Cheers, Ben.
  18. Or to hide the fact that their isn't a nice shiney intercooler there
  19. PS If anyone wants to give me a shout on 07968 847 178 on the day feel free.
  20. You guys there on the Saturday? Myself, Steve and Darren (RX-7) are all booked in for the Saturday track session from 2 - 5pm.
