working in a mid/large organisation I find most people are pro remain actually, certainly senior managers advocating how bad it would be for our business to leave (potentially). When I've voiced my opinion I seem to be significantly in the minority
  2. only just seen this, presume this is to make up for japfest moving.

Osaka are doing a Swansea meet again, on facebook.
  7. Yes I'm in pontyclun, nice looking car. There's a matt black one around here though don't think he's on the forums.
  8. i paid £300 for facelift skirts and spats (much more rare for facelift) earlier this year.
  9. lol this is very funny, if not a little staged by the end.
  10. Nice Tim, where was that Supra depo?
  11. yeah I was surprised to, was always a bit stiff on the latch so needed a firm close. Though with the gas struts seeing better days the lid wouldn't stay up anyway. Maybe worth putting a bit of grease on the hinges.
  12. Cars out of garage loading bits ready for early start Looking forward to trying new brake ducts then while getting the jack from the black one.... Boot lid hinge has snapped
  13. I've got Mallory tomorrow, think there are still spaces with Javelin
  14. not sure Asda is going to be pleased with us either...
  15. I'm going be there, but if there's a bunch of Saxo's it'll be a short trip. Either that or are we going hell for leather on route and top speeds keep up or go home
  16. Some comments in this thread, lol. Next someone's going to say cause it has a brand stamped on the same cooler from the same factory it's worth paying the ludicrous prices some traders charge as it must be better cause it has a name on it.
  17. Going to do Mallory on the 31st, shame didn't see this earlier that cheap
  18. Is this a trackday then or have they removed barriers so you can do the full straight?
  19. pfft I can beat all this, mine was blended 8 years ago, skirts and trial rear. The car has been tracked plenty since and nothing has cracked, it's fine if it's done correctly.
  20. I'd advise doing a full day, not a taster the cost of the day is relatively immaterial as others have pointed out as the wear and tear on the car is more and fuel. Though starting out will likely be less burdensome until up to speed. Blyton (lots of cheap weekend days) or Bedford have lots of run off. Also I would advise getting the most out of day seeming as you paid for it, the number of people who pack up by 14:00 on most days is crazy. Fill up car before getting there in morning and again at lunch time to ensure enough fuel, once you get into it you'll need jerry cans as well. edit to add - take lots of tools and fluids with you just in case.
  21. I could never be an ex voter, but I do find it's about voting for the least worse option most of the time.
  22. Yes I'm glad the Tories and LD came together and stopped some of the Labour policies we had been suffering. I'll equally be glad when the Tories get kicked out and someone will undo some of the damage they do and so forth. That's presuming that the damage can be undone of course which as has been demonstrated over the last few decades it ain't always possible, or politicians don't have the will to do it.
