  1. Happy Birthday Christian, hope you get some nice pressies and have a great day.
  2. Oh, ok, that's changed in the last couple of years, when I got mine it took around a week.
  3. Whifbitz do all the Nur Spec exhausts.
  4. Sorry to cause you hastle Rog, but we're not going to be able to make this, we thought we could manage it but with sclub the week after we can't.
  5. Put Trish and me down please Darren, good to see you today.
  6. What! no bouncy castle, or blow up slide into a 1 Metre (die) pool, damb.
  7. Burna, is there any list/option for Veggies? I'm afraid my wife will not eat dead animals.
  8. Paid the second part now Burna, sorry for dragging it, could you take the 2 x brakies off the list for me. Ta.
  9. does it make any noticeable noise when it reaches 4,000 revs? there is sometimes a problem with the EGCV sticking, have you tried moving the actuator arm by hand to make sure it moves? (it can be quite hard to move).
  10. Ok, I'll try to disconnecting the ignitor pack, does this way still move the fuel around? I've got my battery on charge to make sure its up to it I probably won't be doing this till Wed/Thur, still got to get the turbo's in yet. Thanks.
  11. Thanks for that, yes I thought it had to be a fuse, which one is the problem, because I also need to move the fuel around without stating, but then does that not flood everything.
  12. Over the past month I have done a lot of work around my engine, (changed the turbo's, the engine mounts for pre-facelift, to do so I removed the fuel rail, and tarted up a lot of stuff!). I'm nearly finished putting it all back together, I shall be pre oiling the turbo's before fitting. My question is:- once everything is back in with all new fluids I presume I need to turn my engine over, without it starting, to get the oil/water/fuel around to where it should be, how do I do this? is it as easy as removing an EFI fuse? I also need to fit a restrictor ring, does it go before the first de-cat or after it? Thanks for any advice.
  13. Black, driving through the Barbican, going towards the centre at 17.30, I nearly stuck my head out of the window and waved like a nutter, but seing as I was in the daily I just smiled. Looked nice and clean.
  14. Thanks Swampy, looks like I'll have to do a bit of investigation into why.
  15. I've been doing some work on the car over the past couple of weeks and I removed the plug from this, 2 things, firstly what is it, and secondly should it have been full of oil? any help would be appreciated.
  16. You've had that under wraps for 18 months! shame on you, nice looking car though.
  17. I would love to come to this but the car is in a thousand bits and will not be ready by then. Darren, I managed to get the Turbo's off in the end, but still struggling to get to the top front bolt on the passenger side engine mount. I may need a hand when putting the Turbo's back on, I'll be in touch.

    Daily Supras

3 cars, over 13 years, all daily drives.
  19. I think that the offer of a course is if you are cought from 31 to 36 and had a clean licence for a certain period of time (i.e. 6 years or something).
  20. Just booked in for the Friday night now, thanks for sorting out such a great deal Burna, at that price it would be silly not to take the offer up. It will be nice to have that extra time to mooch around, relax and have a few drinks and a nice chat.
  21. Whats that silly fox laughing at? wheels look really good, and so does the rest of the car, you have a few man hours put in there.
  22. No sorry mate, you'll need to contact Chris.
  23. Hi Steve, I had mine refurbed by Chris Wilson a couple of years ago, and a good job he did too, get hold of him and see if he is still doing them. You will need to e mail him because he doesn't do PMs, his email is at the bottom of his sig, just look for him on some of the threads in off topic.
