Please can you help me. My router melted its self in my loft last night so i need to replace it. However, there are SO many to choose from. Why cant the have a website that says: For home use: Good for speed, choose this one Good for distance, choose this one Good for nothing, choose this one. Its doing my head in. Please can someone help me pick one, it needs to stretch about 20 meters which is a total stab as im no good with distance, on google earth it looks like 5 and a bit smart 4/4 lengths if that helps. It also has walls to go through (i keep it in my loft as thats where my main socket it) Budget - no more than £200, prefferably £100 or less. New asthey are very rare in black second hand at the moment. Im still researching the upgrades at the moment. I love the look of the short shots but they are too noisey (i think you can get a silenced version. Im hoping that will make the same amount of noise as the slip on kit.
