    Bikes

Must admit, I'm surprised that members of the biker fraternity are taking things to heart so seriously. Or is it just a select few posing in front of fellow forum members? And what's the obsession with wanting to race everyone? Bikes are faster than cars, whoop-de-doo. Cars are faster than combine harvesters, tractors, blimps, etc. but nobody bothers racing them. Maybe I'm just getting too sensible these days, but it seems to me that the people obsessed with racing should automatically qualify for a slap around the chops and a driving / riding ban. Also, why the resounding hatred of cars and car drivers? I'd love a bike but quite frankly I'm crap enough in a car and wouldn't stay in one piece long enough to enjoy 2 wheels. BUT the only complaints car drivers have of bikers is the irritating minority that ride dangerously around traffic.

Of course. Always room for people who can write in intelligent English

I've learned something new today I've learned that even the bikers world can be tarnished with illiterate village-idiot-a-like chavs. Glad it's not just modified car owners

Dude, you need councelling. Big time. You have issues that really need resolving for your own benefit.

Michael, you are an evil evil man. She's okay, bit of a big jaw though - and the eyes could do with being a bit closer / less squinty. I gave her a 6. :edit: Pneumoni, try and get out more. You pulled this one, there's plenty more left to pull. Loneliness is a state of mind that no-one is responsible for but yourself (well, not including exceptional situations like solitary confinement, depression, etc.).
  6. I should have one with me in a couple of weeks, all being well. Not cheap though - I bought it from Chris Wilson in a moment of desperation for the princely sum of £170 :edit: If it is the valve that I'm thinking of - one of the bits necessary for UK tubbies to go on a J-spec.
  7. I had a look at the Lancaster website, but it says they don't cover modified cars or imports?
  8. It'll be time to renew my insurance next month, so I've been ringing round for quotes. The three main ones I have so far are: Greenlight (renewal) - £980 Sky - £940 DirectLine - £1040 Adrian Flux - £790 The AF one seems good, with like-for-like cover and free breakdown cover thrown in. I was just wondering if any-one has had really bad experiences or generally find them OK?
  9. It fits the spindle no probs, but no chances with the indicator cancel / horn contacts. Pile of shite. Usual excuse too, "it SHOULD fit". Grrrrrrrr.
  10. best buy off one of these guys, CJ. Mine's had things dropped on it when the missus tidied the garage and has several big, deep, scratches Ah well, to the skip it goes.

Not sure, think it's just a few cut-outs here and there for the spoiler brackets.

  14. Yeah, I took mine off when I fitted the Stillen front bumper There's a handy guide in the intercooler fitting instructions, here: http://www.apexi-usa.com/pdfInstallation/31.pdf
  15. These are now SOLD and payment gratefully recieved
  16. I've got one here but it has a few scratches. I can Farecla it tonight, see how it comes up though.
  17. I see Supraforums are as restrained and diplomatic as ever.
  18. Do the stem seals yourself using TLicense's guide on here somewhere. When you stand back and admire the non-smoking startup, your chest will be swelling with manly "I-did-that" pride!
  19. They're still up for sale mate, just interest at the moment
  20. Wow, this thread has grown. Like a malignent tumour.
  21. If you need a hand I can pop round / you can bring it round on Sunday.
  22. I know how you feel mate, I've said similar things about mine. But when she works well, my god, does she put a grin on my face!
  23. Pneumoni, I think I've sussed why you're still single . . .
  24. You can change the height when they're fitted, you just need to jack up the car and compress the spring. But no, they aren't a case of adjusting with C-spanners such as the likes of Tein etc.
