  1. If it's 2 decat pipes you're going for (usual, unless you have a UK spec iirc) then you'll want 2 gaskets. The 1st cat seals to the downpipe with a copper ring-type gasket (I just used a bit of Firegum from Halfords to make sure it was sealed). Chris Wilson can sort you out the gaskets in next to no time at all, and he supplies the genuine Trust ones.
  2. Just bought a full set of BKR7E's (6097) from this guy, at just under £14 delivered. Can't complain at that price! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=017&item=270036019731&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1

    which oil

Silkolene Pro S as above, or Mobil 1 would do. No point going for an 'uprated' oil filter IMHO, just get standard Toyota.
  4. Cheers fella, I ended up selling it on ebay again so at least I've got my money back with no hassles! I only really wanted it to keep an eye on injector duty, but I've heard that the SAFC2 can do that - is that right?

    Battery Tray

Got both here mate, decent condition but could do with a clean
  6. iirc, 2.5" turbos to fmic, 3" fmic to TB
  7. lol, I tried drawing up alist of things to do to the car til I was happy with it - filled up a whole sheet of A4, and I have small writing! It did include LEDs, fibreglassing, etc. though I need to find a nice cushy 9-5 job - working on the car from 8 til 10 in the evenings is just gambling with hypothermia at the moment! Hence the suspicious amounts of scotch disappearing :D Oh yeah, new Mocal cooler and bits coming for the power steering too
  8. yup, turbos are now on along with the downpipe and fmic Happy happy joy joy! Just gotta get the WB flange welded on the decat pipe, inlet manifold and TB swapped over, bumper trimmed for the fmic and reinstalled, boost controller installed, and the Innovate wideband kit installed and she should be running again! Then I've got the springs to change over (Eibachs on the way), all the calipers to swap, front discs and pads to change and she should be 100% road-worthy. All in a day's work - well, a week's work maybe!
  9. Nissan? Nissan? It's a nazda, I'll have you know ('cos half the 'M' has fallen off!)! If you're a bit closer down this way some time, gimme a shout - it's only a 10 minute job to do (as long as the upside-down soldering goes well!)
  10. That's what I did with mine, and everything ran fine

    Cheap MultiGym

Yeah, but I can never be arsed with that 'enter-50p-more' bollocks - so I bid the max I'm willing to pay and leave it at that

  13. http://www.mohdparts.com/emanage/index.html#profec%20e-01 Mohd's customer service, in my experience, is excellent
  14. Bargain at that price!
  15. £50 + p&p Well, it's a start at least, eh?
  16. My local Halfrauds is offering dent & scratch removal now - might give them a try when the car's working again.
  17. Here ya go: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=86302
  18. A strange one maybe, but does anyone have 2 or 3 of these nuts lying about they wouldn't mind posting? Am I right in thinking they are a fine pitch M10?
  19. Still for sale, now on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=018&item=280041242906&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1
  20. "Briliant" polish mate, it's fantastic stuff.
  21. Aye up fella. Is this the Phil Morrisson of D1GB fame, by any chance?
  22. No, they're universal pipes i.e. you have to chop them to suit. They also don't have the lumpy bits at the ends to stop the pipes blowing off, but you could easily add something on with a blowtorch and some brazing rods, I would have thought.
  23. You can check the vacuum hoses easy enough mate, just give them a wiggle Could save you a bottle of absinth, anyway!
