  1. Looks like someone had trouble sleeping last night!!
  2. Wish I'd read this thread before JAE now as I would've appreciated what went into the build more and took more notice of all the details when seeing it in the flesh! Awesome car you've got -- well done!

    hei!

Hello and welcome!! Have you got a Supra or just looking?
  4. Happy birthday!! Make it last for another 48 hours to make up for today's loss!
  5. Excuse my ignorance but do these fit both Auto and Manual?
  6. I hear what people are saying about JAE and I don't know anything of the other national events but I think it would be a shame not to have an official MKIV presence at these kind of events. It raises the profile of the club and its cars which should bring new members and help keep the value of the cars up I hope that the camping and marquee idea will be considered again for Suprapod but not at the loss of being at a national event like JAE or similar. As far as promoting the club is concerned: how about a couple of screens/projectors - one showing selected club videos/dvds and the other hooked up to a games console racing a Supra?

    New here!

Welcome! I'm in mid Devon so hope to see you around sometime
  8. Found some more of Hodge with his air bed - how he got it in is beyond me?!? "Tent Tardis" It was funny to see the mattress shaped tent afterwards too!!
  9. Couple of (grainy) pics of Darren receiving his award for best car on the tunnel run
  10. From their FAQ: How do Passengers escape after a bad crash? Jatech has developed a Proprietary Access/Escape System which is built into every Retractable Door vehicle. An Impact Sensor releases all latches after a short built-in time lapse to allow for secondary impacts. The door can then be pushed outwards to the ground as there are no hinges to hold front end of the door in place. Paramedics, Firemen and other accident responding personnel also found that access to passengers would be much improved in any severe accident situation. What happens if the vehicle experiences power failure? Our vehicles are equipped with a Manual Override which can be operated from inside or outside the vehicle.
  11. (Shame I can't use "JAE" again!) standup
  12. What an amazing weekend... 472 miles and no problems with the supe (our longest run since being off the road for 2 years so I was a bit nervous). A massive thanks to all who made this happen - especially Tom who is an absolute legend and perfect for the job of organising something like this and keeping everyone in relative order It was our first visit to a car show of any sort and we're already looking forward to next time. Definately need name badges for next time so we can put faces to the screen names - would also like the screen names to be on the cars somehow too so we could match people to the cars? I think flags and banners are already being planned and that's needed to let people know about the club etc. and bring some colour to the stand.
  13. "Not for the faint hearted" - I should think not, you'd have to be brave to get inside it!!
  14. Previous ones I've read about only worked on the NA ones - does this work on all Supra autos?
  15. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure they stopped this few years ago... hope someone that knows for sure will be along soon.
  16. I've just fitted these today: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300585364385?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 Very fast postage and the fit was excellent - just fixes to existing bolts - easy.
