  1. You can tell what type callipers you have my looking at them, if they look like the ones below they are just the normal jap spec callipers and you can get them most places...
  2. NA's are MAP not MAF. Your map sensor is on the passenger side, just above the plenum, underneath the windscreen bulkhead, it has a small loom going to it and a vac pipe from a strange union coming away from the side of the plenum (pointing towards the engine) with a plastic convoluted pipe on it.
  3. Here is a dyno readout of my NA, when I went to the racing line, apologies for the quality, took it on my phone. Before anyone asks, the strange reading at the end is the guy bouncing the car off the redline.

Every day I am suprised that we still are trying to win a war, in that country, I still remember that in the 70-80-90's that the USSR, try to occupy the country to no avail, how on earth are we meant to suceed in such dire circumstances? I totally agree with the principles that we are there for, but how many more of our boys need to die before something happens, bottom line, being that we will pull out and thier deaths will have been in vain. These terrorists are cowards, waging a war of subjugation and deceipt. Perhaps we need to start playing by thier rules?

Dude, would you not find that the weight of the zx is a real down feature of the car, jim_supra's dad has one, which is meant to be powerful, I have been in that and jim's NA and I can honestly say that I felt the Supra was swifter. I do not know wether that was bias talking, but the Supra might feel faster due to it being about 300kg lighter. My NA AUTO is putting out 231.8bhp, after basically a NUR-Spec and XERD Header. My intake system is lowering the power (IMHO) due to its volume, but will pay dividends when I get a turbo for it. But considering that stockers with similair mileage, etc. were pulling 204-208bhp. At the end of the day Dee, your mate just has to take the acid test and try the car out, he might end up prefering the Supra, the ZX is a nice motor, just such a huge Ass!

  7. Dude I removed my rear seats, belts etc. last winter. Have a look at my garage. I used the rear boot carpet as my template, if you notice the carpet extends down the back of the rear seats to is a perfect pattern to mark up. I used thin MDF, chosen for weight, strength, etc. I just got a large piece from B&Q circa. £10 and used a jigsaw to cut it out... The down panel was a little harder, depending on the job you want, just use a tape measure and measure the width every 5cm down and mark on a piece of paper, draw yourself a rough pattern on some more MDF and cut and trim to fit. I used some 2mm Aluminium sheet as a hinge (cheap) it wont be seen and to hide the bolts I used a MK2 MR2 panel (the one that fits behind you and between the two seats). Thats it!

XERD Racing header, into stock 2nd CAT and through to Blitz NUR-Spec CT-Back system. Dave H Intake plenum, accufab 75mm Throttle body and K&N Filter. Full Wet NOS System. Rear CUSCO strut brace. JVC DVD Player SAFCII fuel computer which has been programmed and is fully functioning Car has done 58,000 miles and has oil change every 3,000 miles. It was imported last year and is NOT driven in the winter, so no salt has touched the underside of the car. PM me offers!!!!
  9. Dude take the car to a Rolling Road and get them to set it up, I had mine done and they sorted out the A/F ratio at mid revs, runs sweet now! They use Wideband sensors to measure the A/F ratio. If you PM me I will tell you how to fit the SAFC and where!
  10. NA are top feed high impendance injectors. If you go for the TT side feeds you need a fuel rail as well! The unions to the FPR are different

  20. Thanks to all that attended and made it a worthwhile meet. Nice to see a few skyline owners, especially the silver R33, that could cook sausages. I will post the video up as soon as Russ, has done his stuff with it. Sorry to Templewaters who had to turn back after a Turbo problem. Dissapointed (a little) with the members who did not turn up!
