Dude GTO = 1800kg, the NA (GTO) would be beaten by my gran on her Raleigh Shopper. (yes she has one, its red). I would not of thought a stock TT GTO would be super quick, due to making 280-290bhp at the fly, then having all that power robbed by a 4WD system, then moving the weight around. Fly figures per kg: 280/1800 = 0.15hpkg GTO 225/1520 = 0.148hpkg NA Supra 0n the other hand: 1gwhp/40 = 0.025hp Grannie on bike

If it is all the time, then it would be the rack, but at full lock, when the pump is working against the fluid pressure, it makes a noise, but not a grinding one, so could be lack of fluid or a split in the system. If the at full lock you open the PAS reservior and the fluid is froth you have a leak!

Think the plate raises the temperature due to the sensor being housed in metal.... Mine hits 120 on the gauge regularly, but I have seen somewhere that the sandwich plate, naturally raises the temp...

Jack your car up at the front, place the axel stands under the wishbones, where they attach to the body, move your steering left to right. See if it still makes the same sound. IMO, you need to flush the power steering fluid and replace.

Apparently you provide a good service, Looking at getting a Turbo kit for my NA, wondered what you could do for me, if you look in my garage, you will see the TT style intake I have so different pipe work would be needed. Let me know what you think.. P.s. Very close to shelling out some money for a kit...

For goodness sake lad, she is foreign, has no idea of our ways. Get a Hovis loaf, ask her to cuddle it and tell her it is the "Church of Englands" way of blessing the bread we are about to eat.
