My MOT station has a weighbridge, so gets checked once a year. Unlike me, its been losing weight since I got it :D

Jspec, all with no driver and >3/4 full of fuel

stock TT (heavy aftermarket wheels: 1570kg

stock TT (BPU, spare wheel removed, sub gone, stock wheels): 1540kg

Single (T67 & masses of wiring removed): 1500kg

Would have to start removing interior parts to get it lighter.

As it says on the tin....on a recently calibrated bridge.

Juanchans totally stock UK spec auto which weighed in at 1620KG

My car - UK spec single turbo manual conversion 1560kg.

Both without driver.

Juanchan's obviously not as tight on the fuel tank as you. ;)

Too right! I'd just forked out for a tankful of V-Power about 30-40 miles previously (it would have been rude not to let her stretch out in the sun this afternoon), so that obviously accounts for some of it, but I still couldn't believe she came out over 1600kgs. Was definitely an eye-opener.

i dont worry to much about the weight of my uk auto.it only really makes a differnce in drag racing. on the road i often come up against lighter cars driven by heavy slobs with 1 passenger or more as im only 80kg and almost always take the supra out alone the weight difference can often be balanced out
