Good luck with this Craig, I am sure you will reach your target.

By the way, your car sounded amazing on the Dragonball Run!

Lol no worries mate, i'm only joshin. I'm sure they'll be other opertunites for me to kick your mrs out and jump in the pass seat haha. Abz was right though, it did sound awesome. I'll keep an eye on the thread and see how your getting on, i'm sure it will be awsome once its finished. 500bhp from an NA on a budget will show that it can be done.

Now for the cams,

these need to be tightend to the set torque figure slowly in stages. one the caps are all secure the cam needs to be rotated in 120 degree intervals and specific caps fully torqued when there cam is facing up so the valve is closed

And then refit the cam pullys by holding the cam with a 24mm spanner and torquing up the 17mm bolts after fitting the backing plate held in place by 4 12mm bolts

i had a visit from the horsepower fairy :):):)

here we have denso 550cc injectors

attachment.php?attachmentid=132522&d=1305205118

a new turbo with a .68 turbine housing ans a .70 compressor housing so will bring my boost in a good 500rpm sooner than my current turbo

attachment.php?attachmentid=132523&d=1305205118

here is a new injector fitted to the rail next to a stock 330 and it much thinner to my suprises but im guessing it has som trick up its sleave that allows it to flow at 550

un branded but its the xspower t61 same as my old 1, boosts at 3400rpm and was pretty good, cost £200 to my door so rather than spend a grand on another garret that lasted no longer than my other xs turbo id rather buy 5 of these and put a fresh one on every season
