His son should of suffered higher prison sentence! you dont live, you just end up a breathing, blinking vegtable that someone else cares for. Personally i would rather have died. I really don't think it would have made any difference if there had been an extinguisher there or not. No point tempting fate though. If Kev had a passenger in the car, was traveling at 30mph, had a front end impact and the passenger's head hit the fire extinguisher, the passenger would likely be badly hurt or dead.
