Im looking for an N/A for around 2500. im hopefully going to see one at the weekend, if all goes well.

My coupe would probably be faster but the engine is knakered. i was going to do an engine change as i brought a civic Ls which had the same engine but i didnt think it was worth it as it wouldn't improve the speed greatly.

I have another coupe which i also bought for a project. my aim was to make it look similar to the coupe's in the original fast and furious film.

BUT instead of black i was going to do it pink. i resprayed the engine bay and one of the door shuts but it would cost more to complete than it would to buy a supra.

I may keep this coupe until i get some extra cash, then rip it out and turn it into a track car.

and Yes i am a girl.

You might have problems fitting that engine if its a LSI off the Hatch as your Civic coupe is a multi point injection and generates another 11bhp !!!

And the VTI's like mine will easy out run the N/A Supra, as my mate found out:cool:

Anyway, good luck with the Supra hunt, been looking myself for one at the same price and most are dogs :(

:blink:Only in first gear (second at a push), trust me I have driven practically every set up you can have on Civics and know them very well and I can safely say that unless there has been quite a bit of tuning there's no way a stock B16a2 could out run a Supra, I've gone against a b18 EG civic and nailed it (on the strip and motorway).

You bunch of jokers....can I have a copy as well :D

Loads of people jumped on the H22 bangwagon... B18 is the way forward! But then RWD is a better way forward IMO...

Not really, most engine swaps on the LS etc and EG Coupes are the B16a's and B18 from the teg's. Very few people went the H22 route with the EG's,

mainly because you had to shoehorn the engine in and the looms were such a pain in the side!

I had to remove my power steering pump because it would not fit after we put the prelude engine in :D
