but I think most of the public or top gear watching public think we drive hyundai coupes or something :(

your probably right :)

it's funny really as even petrol heads that may drive bmw's, high powered audi's,tvr's,911's etc probably have no idea what this car is capable of :)

I thought it was a greater London/essex/home counties thing where this 'mass' of Supras seems to be appearing ??

I think the majority are around Essex/Kent/Greater London :)

On a closer look yes you are right, Its still getting silly where ever they are

IMO you are wrong. Only what I class as 'petrolheads' give Supras the nod over evos and scoobs :)

I don't know about that, I get loads of comments about my Supra and they cant all be petrol heads. I mean lets face it, an Evo or Impreza in essentially a family saloon with a nice engine and some plastic bits stuck on it. I think a lot of people have respect for the Supra, including under 25's

I get most of my "nice car" comments from average people with normal cars and usually from middle aged people who just like something a bit different from the norm. I got my single supra year half ago when i was 21 and if its one thing i learnt is you can't go thrashing it like your first car. i had an integra type r before the supe and still the difference on power is such a leap. i think its when people go from saxo's to supras in the mind set of a "just quicker acceleration" and then crash it and wonder why.

Eastbourne FTW. I'm very confident of that too :)

Lots of imports mean lots of cheap spare parts once they slip off the road due it being slightly icy/diesely/wet etc. ;)

Exactly!!! This is what i'm saying. Next it will be questions on exhaust turbo whistles and neons, Then "Bargain Supra mods at Halfords"

I suppose when Halfords start selling cheap generic Supra compatible tat in their stores, that could very well be the death knell for us then :(
