You should be able to set some good 1/4 mile times when all the work is finished, if your nerves permit :)

yeah its going to be the part behind the wheel thats going to let it all down :D

Im going to do a few drag racing events but mainly will be using the car for the track.

Great stuff, you should have kept the T51R though :D

Been agonising over what to do with turbo choice for ages as i am prob going to be disapointed when it does not sound like the T51 but that wont last for long when the power kicks in :D

Have you not seen my post in the ring thread. Got forza 2 the other week (no steering wheel though) first lap I was impressed with my 9 min 50 in a similar spec Supra, was not so impressed with binning it into a concreate wall on the second lap :(

Yeah. you'll do that for the first 100 or so laps, then you'll start to get it. then you'll get to the Ring, cautiously take the first 2~5 laps, then get cocky and push your luck a smidge and realise you've mixed up the 80mph bend with the 50mph bend you've just entered.... at 80mph. Then if you're lucky you'll come out the other side, lesson learned and no harm done.

Ah no, that was me. ;)

Then you'll go back again, and again, and on the third trip realise that the bend was an 80mph after all, and the faster one can even be done at 110mph if it's dry and hot enough and you NAIL the perfect line. :innocent:
