Yep, just got a txt from him saying he'd sorted it :)

 

Are they recording any vmax speeds Charlie?

 

They weren't today, shame really as its a mega straightaway. Think most of the Supra drivers were seeing 180+ (as Pig said "the needle was pointing straight down!")

What a day !!

 

Had its up and down but blimey the supra's were not giving a reliable front.

 

Couple lost all brakes, Wes Lost a Rad, powersteering fluid boiling over on the straight and best of all someone snapping there gearstick. I wont mention any names but i will leave you with this pic. A 1/4 inch drive makes a nice new shifter

Tony, Wes and I are now back in Oxford sorting a new Rad but will be back in action tomorrow :)

Very good day out and the weather behaved too.

My brakes started to make some nasty noises after repeated 160 stops :D although they still stopped me well enough.

The slicks worked really well, better than my poor back could cope with :(

I managed to run out of fuel within an hour, must remember big jerry can for later this year.
