  1. Will miss on the N/A mate. So you think the price is fair?
  2. The oil is the wrong type. You should only use the Toyota type 4 oil in the supra boxes. They can be damamged by other oils.
  3. Hi Faye- what fluid did you use when you changed it. Hopefully the type 4 Toyota stuff:) Anything else is not good for the box. ArdZ
  4. why don't yo justy get some cheap matrix form ebay or somthing and fit it iwth some extra tubing- but leave it under the bonnet- preferable near some sort of air flow. ? just an idea to avoid headgasket problems
  5. you all just missed the supra! Joke he he
  6. 7 days a week for the last 4 years.
  7. Dito- this has happened to me on two occasions. Check the clips that attached to the coil packs- check to two little wires that goes into each clip.
  8. You sure. I know exhaust gases pass through when you rev but no enough to make anything more then 0.1bar. Load is needed. The bov sound is boost but nothing much. I can't get my car to boost by reving it. Only in gear and yes turbos are fine.
  9. you wont make no boost by reving the car. hence not hearing the bov. Turbos produced boost when there is load on the engine. Its imposible to produce boost by reving the car. you need to drive the car
  10. I am scared of ladybirds. The more spots the scarier.
  11. hey- my supra has covered 175000 miles and it is as solid as it was when new. Turbos boost nicely to 0.9bar- engine smooth as silk- I will never sell my car as I intend to see what it can get up to. One thing I do is change the oil every 3000 miles and other fluids when due. Don't be put off by miles- condition and service history is what matters
  12. Can the bracket be used with the aerials from halfords? if so I am in
  13. Anyone got one that will fit my supra. I know there was a group buy only recently but i think i missed it
  14. The ecu has fuel cut to protect the turbos and engine from damage. Over boosting will cause premature turbo damge- People want more power so they fit FCD but at the cost of reduce reliability.
  15. engine oil will absord water if the car is driven around in a "sedate" manor as the oil temp does not get hot enouth to evaporate the moisure. So when you checked the levels it all seemed fine. .Then when you went for a motorway cruise the temps caused the moisure in the oi to evaporate and therefor reduce the levels on your dip stick. Top up all is fine
  16. Just get a mate whos got membership with the AA to turn up at your house. Let him say the cars his- remeber the members covered not the car--- and he wants it taken to CW. easy as that. I did this a few times and it works !!
