I've heard several rumours of the acid staying in the panel seems and affecting the paint years down the line. I'd look at media blasting instead!

In that case I'd say, get it running right as it is first, you might fork out for injectors and a piggy back, but not actually fix the issue you have. You might just mask it by running bigger injectors and an ecu to control them. Get it right, then upgrade is my opinion

Depends what your end goal is, I've been bpu on 440's for over 10 years no probs

If that's hitting 15 afr on boost there's something wrong. I'm bpu on 440's n run 10 far at more boost than you. Might need injectors cleaning and flow testing

Check the resistancE of the coil packs, should be 8-9 ohms I think it is. They should all have the same resistance.
