  1. thanks for clearing that up
  2. I wana try a pre facelift car
  3. Common sence tells me if your buying a d2 kit, surely you'd get replacement discs from them. Who supply d2 with the discs? Are they ap, brembo, alcon? Do you really need bigger/ better brakes for cruising car parks?
  4. Im gona see if i can find a member that'll let me try this on their car. Then if the same thing happens, i'll take this further
  5. nice attitude! if your that sure its fine, why is there an issue in a refund? and resell it. my car is fine on its own ecu, so as far as im concerned its not fit for purpose!
  6. You've read my pm, i'll leave it there till the 24hours are up!
  7. As stated i removed fcd and sld, these modify a signal nothing more!
  8. Its not that 1. I know chaz very well and i know it needs to be for an auto, which this ecu is labled as, and not looking tampered with
  9. Looking good, but! Dont be wishing the summer away you bell end
  10. Im not preparred to open this up, its got anti tamper seals. Theres was me thinking supra owners are ALL trust worthy members on here!
  11. He says it was in a supra
  12. So i purchased a mines ecu off a forum member for my car, it arrived today later than originally quoted. 1st downer. Anyway popped home got my car, casual drive back to work! No issues! no flashing! dash lights! I pull into my work shop switch the car off as normal, all was good as always is! Remove MY ecu, fit the MINES ecu from said member. All back together im thinking cool, lets go try this bad boy out! BUT ! It fired up on the button, still had fuel pressure, then o/d light and engine symbol light flashing! it then died and wouldnt start again Disconnect my fcd and tsdl as suggested by said member, clear fault code but same thing:angry: is an understatement. Put MY stock ecu back in and no codes no flashing dash lights? Its flashing 31 on engine and 9 on trans! Ive asked for a refund, but im not holding my breath right now My feeling is after look at said forum members previous posts is this ecu is f**ked! Opionions please
  13. no chance, nardi is going in the daily
  14. if budget allows go for a screw/hydrovein compressor, far less noise you could run it all night and not upset the wife or neighbours
  15. these are sensible money from toyota, well sensible compared to what people ask for second hand ones
  16. 70mm is perfect. something like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Stinger-SHD201-ANL-Fuse-Holder-Car-Stereo-Audio-/321821045985?hash=item4aee0774e1 with a 100-120 amp fuse will be fine
  17. not the fuse box! the main power feed needs a fuse as near to the battery as possible. you dont want a thick cable shorting out! i use the 70mm cable in the link i posted with no isuses, I've used that on several cars now with cable runs the length of the car
  18. as long as you use a good quality multi strand cable it will be fine. fuse as near to the battery as possible. also see here http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?324192-Battery-Relocation-Kit&highlight=battery+relocation
  19. Video not working! Where did you earth the battery?
