  2. Unfortunately Toyota still seem to be staying very quite on the Cab version which I don't understand as I'm sure there is quite a large request for it... Surprised your not to keen on the new TT, I think the new shape is a big improvement personally lol, although I would buy it just for the chasing rear indicators haha!! Sad I know!
  3. Here you go buddy. 4. There u go that's the spirit all done then?
  5. U stop wasting time on here and get your car back together ready for Saturday night. I know Friday is first but I can't make so it's not as important lol...
  6. Unfort I can't make this month a very inconsiderate friend has decided to get married that day...
  7. Yeah I've also read the same regarding the biker story they have apparently been driving like knobs at stupid speeds through built up areas...
  8. I would say it's one not to delay and have a watch On the cinema screening this evening we have scheduled for kingsman: secret service. Looks very cheesy and over the top but I like Samuel L. Jackson, Colin Firth and off course the one and only Michael Caine so fingers crossed it's not to bad!!!
  9. I've noticed recently there are hundreds of these road rage videos making there rounds which some I would love to know the story behind how it all started as I'm sure its all rubbish trivia crap lol!! This was last nights one I keep watching trying to work out if the Pickup was aiming for the bike or he was in the wrong lane to start with but you've got to love the Friends support in the situation
  10. Being massively into watching films I can't believe I've only just come across this thread! When I say massively I've actually gone to the effort to build a full blown Cinema in my living room lol... (Wife friendly off course) Last nights movie was Focus with Will Smith. I had low expections to be honest I think Will Smith is a great actor and done some amazing films over the years but the Trailer didn't leave me with high hopes BUT I really enjoyed it. There was a great twist that I can normally work out in most films but didn't in this, it was all about the acting and hardly any special effects witch makes a nice change in recent years and the girl (love story) played out pretty well plus she is rather hot I would say another solid 7/10 film. Who's seen and what did you think?
  11. I can't believe the club went to all this effort to lend someone a car to go to an event which I am sure many would of loved his ticket and taken there own cars, for that said ~@%& to have zero respect for someone else's car and also the club... Thinking about the possibility of something going wrong with his friend driving the car and killing themselves and maybe even other road users, having no insurance and the club name stamped on all the cars that would of been there at the scene, let along the grieve that would of cause 'Branners' who actually owns the car. Shocking how little respect some people have!!!! On a brighter note I've pencilled in 2016 dates and would love to come to this next year
  12. I'd be very surprised if UK sunshine would do much damage to your paintwork but if you really are concerned there are a few products which get sold at dealerships which might give a small protection! The main ones are supagard, dimondbright and gardx and as much as I'm sure a lot of people will slate these products I've seen some good demonstrations to why they are good if applied correctly... Sun being one protection but it will also give you some time to get bird s**t and tree sap of the paint before any damage to the lacquer happens! These are very over priced from dealerships but you should be able to pick up full packs on eBay for no money as most valeter's steal them to sell lol...
  13. Looking at the poll results it is quite clear there is a lot of sway towards CW's custom bilstein setup, so just awaiting on payday to see how clear I am on other bills and may be hitting the credit card up quicker then I planned... John yours didn't actually feel that bad to be honest well compared to my tein's anyway!! But then I may have been more focused on the speedo to even notice lol...
  14. Gents, Thanks for the recommendations on Chris's work its always nice to hear from others who have used/got them on their own car
  15. Good thinking, I hadn't considered PayPal. I'll look into the fees and drop you an email Chris.
  16. So looking at the Poll it would appear most are of the same opinion I was original having which was to go for shocks/springs from Chris... Time to get some pennies saved up as unfortunately out in the 'Zoo' I've read you have Chris I'd imagine you can't take a Credit Card??
  17. Yeah I've already had a chat with Chris and for my use he has recommended the Fast Road setup which at the moment is top of my list but I keep hearing positive reviews on the other coilover's and wondered what everyone opinion was and if others have these different setups would give me their feedback

    Suspension

Hi all, I desperately need to do my suspension as my current Tein Coilovers are knocking and banging and it's driving me crazy... I don't mind stiff suspension but do find my Tein Coilovers to be pretty solid so have been considering going back to shocks and springs or maybe some different Coilovers if they are not to harsh. My current consideration which all appear to be similar in pricing for Brand New. Chris Wilson custom valved Bilsteins (fast road) with ether his springs or Eibach springs HKS Hipermax IV BC BR Series Coilovers What are everyone's thoughts on these options? The car will never see a track well unless you class the roads as my own race track I'm swaying toward the Bilstein setup as i've read these are a great setup and would be a much more comfortable ride and being Custom from CW will give the desired handling for messing around out on the everyday race track... I've added a pole to see what people would choose for themself?
  19. Yeah is a shame would of loved to see how this finished, the pics people have taken when visiting Titan the car looks amazing... maybe one day everything will get resolved and the original owner will find the love he once had to complete.
  20. I agree I would of lost interest myself with the time this has been but I couldn't bring myself to leave 100k of cash sitting under a sheet in someone else's workshop I'm sure he has some interest in getting it resolved even if that's retrieve what is left of what 'should' be a stunning car and break it for parts to recoup some cash?
