  1. Was a silly mistake, I failed to fit the gasket I made that goes between the plenum and runners
  2. Ok so just finished machining a couple of custom spark plug covers for myself I opted for a plain look but might make a smooth top one next or experiment with different styles I'm going to fit it after I've properly deburred and polished it and either make some custom cam pulleys and use a clear cover or make a carbon front cam cover
  3. After a little advice from nodalmighty, I've sorted my hunting issue and its running perfectly Just need to drive and map it (HKS AIC) And get an emanage ultimate or standalone

Just like to say a BIG thank you to nodalmighty for all his advice Turns out in my haste and excitement I forgot to make a gasket to fit between my plenum and runners Resulting in air leak , made a gasket and fitted it today and it starts and ticks over beautifully

    NA-T help

No chance these little teething troubles will hold me back, summers just around the corner and I'm hyped
  8. I think Fosta has all the equipment for that full engine clean internal thingy

    NA-T help

Haven't had chance to check it out yet, think I've Sussed it tho

    NA-T help

The na tps rotates in the opposite direction to the tt Internally they are mirror of each other and resistance wise they are the same Just inverted pin outs and direction sweep
  11. Pulley

    NA-T help

Might need to set it, it's a tt tps, but is identical to the na tps in its resistance and function except reversed pin output Probably just need to tinker with the tps setting
  12. Ok so, first startup of the NA-T just to check oil lines, and exhaust gaskets and vband seals Fired up straight away but then hunts badly 900-2500rpm If you disconnect the map sensor pipe from the black damper thingy it stablises to a high idle (Or if you pinch the pipe partially) I'm just running the car with stock na ecu, injectors ect (off boost) just to run the engine to warm up , check lines ect Afr's go up n down with idle speed

    What to check?

I'd say more likely lambda sensor playing up, or map sensor Are you running a piggy back? If your still running the stock ecu the lambda sensor wires you can check at the diagnostic port as it has two pins that splice into it from the O2 sensor wires
  14. I remember it well, it was freeeeeezing cold and pudsey looked like he had ten coats on
  15. Lyndon your Luke a tech superhero, I seriously need to pick your brains as I want to bin my dizzy and run coilpacks
  16. Fitted the sard injector rail and battery tray/enclosure Also, first startup today, sounds awesome!!!
  17. Awesome!!!! But for road use I'd prefer the clean sticker less look, or possibly just a couple of rs*r stickers
  18. Lol, works surprisingly well, I've used on all manner of engines before Old school, bit crude but once setup "mapped" works well
  19. i run 4 emco turn 365mc twin spindle cnc lathes (true 6 axis) a couple of bridgeport cnc machining centres and some eagle 1000 cnc mills i mostly make all my hobby bits on the smaller bridgeports (when i get time)
  20. i was thinking of doing the same, but worked out such a big slab of ali that i didnt bother, im going to just do the centre and possibly make my own carbon cam cover love it tho, did you cnc mill that yourself?
  21. im about to make one, same style as the TITAN one
  22. I use my normal length ratchet and feel the torque I've checked them and I'm within 2ft lbs Generally if you undue them with a long bar and do them up with a short (normal length) bar And never an air ratchet your ok I generally check important stuff with a decent torque wrench and use good quality long reach sockets on Ali wheel nuts
