Thread revival Jamie, any luck with this 600bhp target?

Currently have a 2.5" system. I have a 3" downpipe and 3" mid pipe, so its just the system that's holding me back on the exhaust flow. Was wondering if there is much gain going to 4" instead of 3". I'd like a different system as mine is too quiet, didn't know if there was a huge jump in performance between the two. Never owned such a system thought it best to ask. I want this to be the last time I swap them around so want to get it right!

I will be painting mine lime green also With an overspray of gloss black with some funky marble effect business going on. The full lime is a tad bright for me

You can also get lime green heat proof paint as well now

GAUGING INTEREST as still on engine. I've got a spare engine that I'm going to be stripping soon. I'm going to be selling the cam gears as I don't need them. They are stock gears, but I'm going to strip them and paint them. Not everyone is up for such jobs and want to do any painting, thought I would ask if anyone was interested in any particular colour so I may paint them as required Sell the cams cheap as chips, so just cheap cams and cost of the materials. Cost depending on paint required. I'll say £25 if typical off the shelf paint is wanted. Just trying to gather some interest before hand. Thanks

Me and a friend want to try out some side ways action but have spent too much on our own cars. I've just been outbid on an MX5 which I'm a bit gutted about, had a welded diff and hydraulic handbrake would of been perfect. Mr2's seem to be really cheap, and my ex has one and the parts are so low cost its unreal. Not seen many drifting, does the rear engine give too much weight to the rear?

Tony has already referenced the best information which is proven and tested for spark plug selection for your engine. The information will allow you to select your required plug, which will depend on engine output and general upgrades.

Depends if you are having mis firing problems. A spark plug shouldnt fall apart in your engine. If your having a misfire then its recommended to use coppers or if your on the dyno and tuning it and going into areas it has not been before.

Graham, being NA no one would have told you, but when your injectors get to a certain stage, they are big enough to pass flies and dried leaves, its not an issue
