I'd take the plugs out and check them, running a car for such short periods, especially on cold start will make it run like a bag of spanners. Had exactly the same with my Escort RS Turbo. Was at a mates garage, he had to take it in and out every day, plugs just got fouled up and it didn't run right.

I've had the same discs as in the photo on my TT for about 9 months, can't fault them.

Try Awesome in Manchester, VAG Specialists. I'm sure they could do it and map it out of the ECU.

Thread resurrection!!! Mine does this too, from cold and when hot its absolutley fine. I drive about 2 miles to take the little girl to school in a morning and on coming back to the car, temp gauge at about 70 ish, it takes a little longer to start, sounding like its trying to catch and fire then eventually does. Always been the same for 18 months plus, anyone elses the same? Mines a 97 Non VVTi TT.

Blimey, that's cheap! I paid £350 for a J Plate T-Bar Auto in March last year, No T&T and needed a Sill and brakes bleeding! Good bargain!

I think LED bulbs are "handed", try taking it out, twist the bulb 180 degrees and fit it in again, if that makes sense...

My interior lights were definitley the bayonet cap type Andrew, the plastic cover just pops off. Not sure if it's any different between facelift and non facelift cars though as to the type of bulbs in the interior light. These are what I now have fited in mine - ebay item number 140615448859. Hope that helps!

Colin, out of interest, how much would you want for the old alloys? I have a 1992 MR2 T-Bar that I'm doing up to sell, but the alloys are knackered!

I would imagine so! A guy I deal with at work is just in the process of putting a 2JZ with big twins in a Landcruiser!

I've got a 3" AB88 front decat on my TT and I can't fault the fit or the quality. O2 sensor fitted fine. If that helps...

I liked my 350z, was a 53 plate import. Nice car to drive, I'd have said a similar drive to a Supra, if not as quick that is! I put a K&N Typhoon on mine, sounded awesome when it came on cam!

Think they're more of a passenger car tyre to be honest. A mate has them fitted to his 1.6 automatic Astra. Think the Potenza tyre is the sportier one. Do the Turanza actually come in a larger size?

I had that when re-wiring my Hids. Managed to wire live and neutral the wrong way on one. Didn't blow a fuse either. I'd agree with Steve. Try swapping the wires over on them. How have you connected the HID wires to the original wiring?
