Think I paid just over £500 for my facelift headlights

The exhaust hasn't been trimmed. The cutout underneath the bumper has so the exhaust doesn't rub. All exhaust are different shapes and sizes so I fully expected the cutout where the exhaust sits to need altering. Nothing extreme about that, although I must admit, if this is their improved mould, the old ones must have been crap. Even my bomex front, that had already been fitted to another supra before needed modifying for a perfect fit. I would never expect a fiberglass body kit part to fit without any alterations at all.

I've not fitted it, a mate has so its been done a lot cheaper than most. He said he's spent a lot of time and effort making it right though. The quality to start with wasn't brilliant but it looks awesome now.

Car is back from the bodyshop today with my Ebay Trial rear fitted. Got to say, I'm chuffed to bits with it. Needed a few bits to get it perfect, but here's a couple of pics, it's a perfect match to the car, although it doesn't look that way in the pictures. The car is filthy and covered in dust from the bumper being rubbed down. It's outside work in the sun at the minute and the colour match is superb, as I'd expect. Some of the same paint left over from the full respray I had last year.

We had the same at work with not enough people buying them, could you not do one available as a screensaver type of idea, that's what we did. Maybe available as a link to download through the shop? Say for a fiver maybe? Just an idea....

Exactly! I wouldn't expect it to be 100% straight off. Will look mint once it's done. For £220 it's right!

Did wonder myself, but then thought, Sod it!! Looks good even in gel coat, can't wait to get it back painted!

Not perfect though, did need heating up to fit properly, and will require some areas filling and extra fibreglass adding, Plus a lot of smooting work. Also the hole for the exhaust had to be trimmed a bit. (Nur Spec R) On the whole quite pleased so far. Will update once painted etc next week. Apologies for the pic being so far away!

Does that seem OK Dunk? I used to use Castrol Edge 10W60 in my M5 and it seemed OK, not too dear either, I was thinking of something different to 5W40, and thought a 10W60. Think Dude runs his car on 10W60 as well.

They do 60 in 4.6 seconds though in the IS-F, bet it'll be quick once it's done. Fair play to them for doing something different!

I had the same on my MKIV Escort, was literally spraying out everywhere though with the engine running!

I had the same issue when I swapped my headlights Paul, the new ones don't come with the OE Foglight bulb holders do they? Mine used to mist up all the time. With the fog light bulb holder fitted, touch wood, they're fine. They weren't fortunes either from Toyota.

The Joys! We've got it in Chorley tomorrow, I'm off work though so will miss it!
