  1. I can understand why people arnt fans of the hire purchase/pcp idea but I have a few friends have either done it or currently still doing it. Yes of course it's better to buy outright or finance but for the vast majority of us younger generation it's a lot easier for themselves to get their hands on a a more upmarket car which isn't a corsa. I've bought new cars outright and on finance in the past also and yes I would rather buy a car that's a year or too old than losing a several thousand ££££, unless I'm chundering £50's of course Oh and... When I said "waffle" I said about everyone would drive a new car rather than an old one if they had spare money to do so. I would much rather be driving around Ina brand spanking new daily, yes I could afford it but I would rather save the money for something more worthwhile in my eyes. And I'm pretty sure 99% of people would rather so the same. let's face it, not many would rather drive round a crapbox everyday than a fresh new whip bare waffle
  2. Don't know why people are arguing, pretty sure 99% of people would rather be driving a new car everyday than some old banger, if not then they are chatting some serious waffle... And people saying "don't buy something if you can't afford it" bet your mortgage on your house sais otherwise...boom But yeah supra prices are going up
  3. Have my doubts! Haha. When I picked up mine from paint it only just fitted in my van
  4. I've noticed this too, looked last year at gtr's and they were available for 30k+ I've been looking at them as I'm getting the urge and ones I've liked are 40k+! And that's for an 09 car with a stage4.5 tune.
  5. Who are you with bud? My insurance seems to be really cheap to compared to other cars! Got a quote for a gtr the other day and it came to £800 then again I spose gtr's have always been far more pensive to insure that most other jap cars
  6. I love tractors, reminds me of my days on the farm
  7. Just saying that's a 350z, mans got skills
  8. Isn't my car so I'm not taking it personally, I just hate it when people slag of someone else's motor, especially when they have invested so much time and money It.... The progression of modding will never move forward if we just do the same crap everyone else does. End of the day it's each to their own. Aslong as the owner likes the car that's the main thing, I've never heard anyone build a car for the enjoyment of others.
  9. The problem with supras nowadays is that a lot of people on here slag off ANYTHING that isn't stock body with the same old boring parts that everyone else uses. The guy has built something that's different compared to a lot of people and he's smacked it in my opinion. Nice to see someone with a supra who isn't just another sheep, shouldn't we encourage to keep modding supras and bringing them with us into the 21st century, rather then leaving them in the 90's....

  13. Deffo more handy from a practical view, not to look sick whilst parceled up in Macy d's next to a murdered out polo
  14. In some ways would be really handy, no more having to crawl over speedbumps or drive at 0.5 mph up my drive
  15. Yeah I'll keep you informed bud, yeah it's on a Sunday and was a good little crowd last time, would be nice to see another supra there. Il let you know
  16. In Ahh cool, I drive through there most days on the way to work, I'm just outside of risborough. It's a boosted uk meet, a few Gtr's, evo's, odd lambo and lots of other jap stuff. I'm the only supra though, meet for breakfast then go for a drive
