  1. Just push each corner down. If it drops and does not return upwards the shocks knackered. Easy test. Another tell tale will be oil around the shock
  2. I have a spare lower glove box i can salvage bits off if needed. But dont have the latch/striker you need
  3. Thats some transformation. Im glad this supra 'made it' the amount of work that needed doing...could have gone another way. MrP and yourself should be very very proud.
  4. Complete with sensors and will need to know the mileage the engine it came off. Delivery will also be needed. thanks, Kev
  5. Thick plates with holes drilled and longer bolts
  6. If you decide to sell mid 2018. Hit me up. Edit..no longer interested as scoop has gone.
  7. From on side you can see my old supra and the other side my current supra on gm lol
  8. If a uk hood came up close to me, my max budget would be 400.
  9. Good to hear their manifolds are fine. But dont for one miniute think their control arms are of the same quality. Just a friendly reminder on the topic of japspeed.
  10. Anyone used one of these before? with recent injury to my shoulder i really dont want to ever strain it with a manual jack. Looking at one of these, they seem to lift slowly but not a big issue and will probably get a block of rubber to drive on if it dosent go under the sill normally. Main worry is...if it were to fail while up, how would you get it down? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-5-Ton-Automotive-Electric-Scissor-Car-Jack-Lift-Van-Garage-125mm-420mm-12V-DC/252733669329?epid=857431383&hash=item3ad819bfd1:g:UTQAAOSw~y9ZBBxZ Kev
  11. What pads and discs did you use on your big brakes?

    How wide?

Will 100% throw it off. The oem archs work spot on as they are. Going wider on thr front only will look odd
  13. I got the japanese supra parts booklet with diagrams and part numbers. One day like photobucket im sure we will loose access to it again
  14. And thats why i trimmed mine like rider says at any point i may need bearings ill fit new uks properly
  15. You cant just put a socket or a spanner on a 20 year old bolt and expect it will loosen. When i did mine, or any bolt under the car ive had to touch i use my blowtorch or microjet, i learnt that on my old supra
  16. Yes with a spanner. With the ones on the car youll need tin snips to make the slot to slide them off the hub. Front of the car is easy but rear will definatley be a hub off job as the shield is part of the handbrake shoe mechanism.
  17. Replacing for bigger shields? You can cut a slot on the old and new ones. Slip them on and off and put the 4 bolts back on. Easy.
  18. I just read the first post about a UK spec supra. But the interior in yours shows a facelift JDM??
