Check out the BPU faq mate. There's two you can go for, Iridium IK22 plugs or NGK BCPR7ES. One of them needs to be gapped but i cant remember which

Just keep the stock ECu you'll only see around 30bhp tops with a standalone ECU so its not really worth it As Scott says, get a boost controller, whack it up to 1.6 (assuming you have a FCD) and a better fuel pump, a decent FMIC or new SMIC wouldnt go amiss either. Then away you gooooooo
