would one be able to use the same gearbox from the donor soarer without any adaptor needed? or would I still need an adaptor regardless?

Yeah not looking for built engines or power, I literally want to take a stock soarer v8 and drop the engine into a NA supe? I would have thought it would be fairly straight forward ?

not really looking for performance benefit, just really want a supra with a V8, what would make it so expensive ?

Just out of curiousity, how hard would it be to drop a 1uz fe (or other lexi V8) from a lexus soarer (auto or man) into a NA supra (auto or man)? I have been told that they are the same chassis and floorplan etc? Would it be a straight swap ie. engine mounts etc? Apologies if this has allready been covered but the search button is not my friend, I cant understand it.... many thanks in advance,

Well I did put them up for sale back when I sold the DL front but noone wanted them ? hopefully someone will take them off my hands because they are just sitting in my garage and I have to move house soon

Hey spike, I have a pair of Do-Luck sideskirts, I never fitted them as I sold my Do-Luck front, They are fibreglass but the fit is very good, They are like new, so still need spraying. Looking for £75 not including postage Cheers

If it smokes when you stop accelerating (over-run) then I had this problem and it is turbo oil seals, check your IC pipework and if there is much oil then its definate.... Best advice as for repairing is to whip them off and send them to CR Turbos http://www.crturbos.co.uk, its worth getting both refurbed because you never know when the other may let go! They were very cheap for me, to refurb both tubbies about £320 Per turbo before VAT, and they came back looking like new!! Hope this helps!
