Ross machine make some nice gear, I had some aluminium extrusion from them to make a plenum. -
I got offered a white crown for £400 so I stuck with a gold one for £195 on the NHS

It will fit, you will need tt cam covers and a tt style plenum that does not go over the engine

I thought it was bad to over excercise large breed dogs when they are young as this can lead to hip/joint problems in later life - is this correct?

Hip dysplasia is basically joint arthiritis and is hereditary, quite common in large breed dogs. I would not buy a dog unless both the parents had been hip scored to determine the chances of the puppy developing problems. Hope the little fella is ok:(
