  3. I am not getting involved in this debate, but since the cw smic has been mentioned alot anyone else up for persuading CW for a group buy am still on a 93 original smic so really need an upgrade, for me it's just easy fitting and I trust CW.
  4. Tastey car mate is that a seibon front spoiler?
  5. Right possible second option , ridox side and rear skirts and a shine auto rear diffuser and keeping stuck bumper, but still unsure of front.
  6. Ah really thanks for the heads up may be re-thinking, I dont mind them rear diffuser that whifbitz have and stick with stock bumper hmm decisions haha.
  7. Hi gents hope everyone's well, just posting to get some peoples thoughts, been thinking of adding a kit to the supra well a mix and match and changing colour from silver to black, the body parts I have been thinking of are the trial rear bumper from Knight racer, ridox side skirts from whifbitz and some sort of lip at front, I quite like the kansai front lip from knight racer or a carbon seibon one but really not sure on that part. What do people think. Cheers Si
  8. As requested jus a few on my phone I had ,this is where I got with it, still a few bits to do yet
  9. Hi every one am not new on here but thought I would re-introduce my self as I have been idle for a couple of years my name is Si, I own a silver jspec 93 tt 6 speed she's an old girl but still in decent condition, had a lot of work done on the engine by Mr Chris Wilson who has looked after my car for ages, had some great dealings with the guys on here bought some lovely extras from the likes of Darnley autos and Whifbitz, hoping to start up doing some more things to the car over the next couple of years. The car still needs the jspec brakes upgrading and would like some new suspension, also thinking of putting some sort of body styling on it not sure on what yet but thats all to come. So to say again to everyone a big Hi and thanks for reading.
  10. Thanks for the replys gents, bit worried though as I continued to drive the car over the weekend whoops, I kept an eye on my oil water temps and they stayed normal though. Chris any chance you can email me a rough price on the whole job, as trying to save for those new tubbies at the mo and not far from the figure but obviously this will put me back a bit. Again thanks Si.
  11. Hello gents,I had an odd little problem this weekend, I was driving on the motorway and all of a sudden the car started to fill with what I first thought was smoke from the heater vents, so did an emergency type maneuver to the hard shoulder shut her down and proceeded to pop and lift bonnet with some precaution to avail no fire phew I thought. Gingerly started the car back up no smoke so I set off on my merry way. So few hundred yards down the road happens again but then I get a smell of more like steam / condensation so I shut the heater off which stops the steam. So my thoughts immediately point to matrix leaking or some pipe leading to it is ? has anyone had a similar problem and point me in the right direction I have time over xmas if it's not too difficult . Many Thanks For Reading. Si
  12. May of been me not sure there is an Esso garage in Westhoughton there's a total or Sainsburys or a bp more atherton way though that, was it dirty with Lexus wheel then it be mine needs a wash desperately .
  13. Well, picked my car up from Mr Wilson's today (again Chris big thank you for all your hard work bringing my car back to life ). He managed to source a second hand ecu mine had a major malfunction preventing it to start, he also worked his magic and fixed my traction control issue I have had for ages. He has informed me my first turbo is on it's way out, lots of oil in the intercooler piping, I have had them reconditioned twice but the problem persists it now has a howl when intake piping is off, so I am now in the market for a set. Chris priced me some new ones up from Mr T at £1550 each plus vat, which is a bit steep the only thing I am worried if I get second hand ones I wont be in the same boat 10 miles down the road going single at the min isn't an option due to cash flow so help needed gents. Many Thanks Simon
