All 3 I've worked on have been rusty, one had serious rot. Another I looked around at an auction had a fair bit of rot (was still tempted though, had a full years mot and went for £500!) A work mates 840 kept having serious electrical faults, got rid after 3 months or so. I still love them though, they have serious presence for a BMW

Also rot boxes, unreliable and with a good serving of electrical gremlins. All slower than the XK8 too (except the CSI, but they're very expensive - though that would struggle against a much cheaper XKR) They are very nice looking cars though, the interior is still a nice place to be

I think it looks fantastic. It's obviously been a no expense spared build.

I've driven a Formula Palmer Audi (similar car) at Bedford. Very difficult cars to drive quickly if you're only used to driving road cars, but very rewarding. Scream inducingly quick in a straight line

The top gear £1500 coupes challenge: Clarkson: "it is remarkable that you can buy a car as good as this (Porsche 944) for 1500 quid. and equally remarkable that somebody should spend 1500 pounds on what can only be described as a Datsun". Or just wave your arm when he drives past and shout 'taxi!'

J-spec TT are identical mate. I reckon the aristo/gs300 will be too.

Lui is into his RC helicopters The reason that some have 2 rotors insted of a tail rotor, is that the second rotor cancels out the inherent horizontal axis spin of single rotors, which is what the tail rotor is for on single rotors.

Just be careful if you're using your mums best vacuum cleaner, most don't like a drink, especially if the bag/chamber is already full

That's wrong. The reason it has circa 300hp as stock is because of the manufacturers agreement in Japan. The reason the engine and gearbox are so strong is that they were contracted out specialists. -

My single was a handful with the gyres it came on, changed to R888s and it was utterly planted. It could carry fairly insane speeds through the bends -

The bodykit came off a members car, but it's been poorly fitted, nothing to do with the model year. It's also not a 1997 car
