  1. No, I'm not a completely illiterate mutant who doesn't read things, that's why I asked the question. To me profile = side view but in the original post 'front view' is also specified. I read that, seeing as the term 'front view' comes after 'mostly profile' as being 'front quarter shot' as in mostly biased towards a side view but shot from the front of the car rather than the rear. So right back atcha!
  2. Just so I'm 100% clear, when you say the car must be 'in profile', you mean 'side-on' right? I may be able to help...

    Hello

Good luck with the search matey. Unmodified examples ARE out there and if you want a manual I would (and did) hold out for the right one. I've read any number of threads / posts stating how fantastic the auto 'box is (I've never driven one) but the idea just didn't interest me even slightly. I get the impression you're the same so keep searching and don't take second best! by the way!
  4. Just had a read through the latest few pages of updates matey. Good on you for sticking with it. I'm sure you can get everything sorted just how you want it.
  5. Nice article Steve, a good read. What was the "Supras are just glorified Capris..." comment all about then?!
  6. I haven't actually read the article yet, just scanned it!
  7. Mine landed on my mat this morning, so, uh, same! Seeing as my scanner's playing the game again, hope this is stealing no one's thunder...: Looks awesome! EDIT: Remainder of the pics removed by request.
  8. Luuuurrrrve that loom! Nice touch indeed.
  9. I can't believe no one's mentioned this already but... PICS PLEASE! And looking after a TT isn't particularly difficult. Costly (arguably) but not hard.
  10. This. BUT... Despite agreeing with that, I can heartily recommend Continental's ContiSportContact 3 for a decent blend of wet and dry grip with good lastability. Uh, if that's a word... You know what I mean!
  11. Very nice indeed. I DO like a well-executed Trial rear.
  12. Nice work, Scott. Your car is so shiny in this pic from a few posts back that it has almost a wet look to it! Just my opinion of course, but I think your new aero-lip would look even better sprayed to match the rest of your car. In other news, regarding this: ...it's got to be TDi in Essex for any suspension work! They have all the gucci digital alignment gizmos and they tune the suspension on Lotus track cars so they know what they're doing with it too!

  15. Jason and Another massive Vegas fan here - I was there earlier in the year most recently and am already planning a return trip. Love the place! So... Get importing those sunshine pics...
  16. Loving the de-lined lights, Adam. Now get 'em sprayed!
  17. An uprated diff is my next purchase for sure. Nice feedback, Homer.
  18. I FINALLY remembered to check what I was doing over these dates and... I'm on leave! So, despite this: I'm going to keep the list going, more as an expression of interest in AN event as opposed to THE event. 1.Mellonman 2. JamieP 3. Justin Beiber 4. Fly 5. Tsia 6. Dr Jekyll 7.
