  1. These are going in a bin if no one wants them...!
  2. Ha ha! That's entertainment!

    hi everyone :)

Hello! Good luck with the search. Hold out for a TT - you know it makes sense...!
  4. I'm bumping this (to coin the phrase...) because I'm really hoping for some "closure." Wrong word, I'm sure...
  5. Ouch! Not cool. That's a steep drive-through ramp...
  6. Wow that's a low front end! Looking mighty fine - just watch out for speed bumps, eh?!
  7. Hi all. I've just upgraded my suspension to Tein Monoflex coilovers (updated pictures in my garage to follow...), so I have my full set of stock dampers and springs (from a Jap-spec TT) for sale if anyone is interested. All are in good condition, with no leaks, cracks, bends, etc. They are, of course, fifteen years old. I would prefer to sell the complete set together, although if there's no interest in that, I'll split if anyone just needs a single unit or whatever. If they don't sell, they'll be going in the bin in a fortnight. I'm going to list them on eBay too, so if you need a set, get in quick! £ Sensible offers please.
  8. Yeah that's a good look. I love the fully-blacked indicators/tail lights: really smart.
  9. True... But worth every penny. I've mentioned it before on here (and been burned badly in the past by not listening to my own advice), "buy nice or buy twice"...
  10. I use Torque Developments for all my engine mods. I've not gone single (yet...) but all of the work I've had done by them has been first rate, so I'm happy to recommend whole-heartedly. They're in Thurrock, so v close for you. What...?
  11. Mmm... Living in London and wanting one of these is a semi-constant worry (at over £1200 for a genuine one, it's not something you want to be trashing regularly!), hence why stock with fixed aero-lip is what I'm sporting now. That's also a good choice, I reckon, in the interests of staying on-topic... But only if you can get the grey plastic at the bottom sprayed to match the rest of your car [next on my list of "things to do before JapFest" before I get any comments!].
  12. You know how it's great to have that certain air of quasi-unique-ness in owning a Supra, in that, with the exception of pre-arranged events/shows, you basically never see another one on the road? Well I couldn't believe it when I saw TWO others on my way from Aldershot to London this afternoon. I was in a coach at the time (nowhere near as rapid in getting home as my TT, sadly...), but was, strangely, trying to explain to a mate what the hell sort of car I drive, when one went past to perfectly illustrate my point. It was even weirder when we saw a second half an hour later! Small world, I guess... Anyway, I'd be curioius to know if my "point illustrators" were on here too, so here goes... First was a blue facelift Supra on the M3 (eastbound) near Junction 1, reg P1 5UPE (v clever by the way - credit number plate!) at around 1815. Second was a silver pre-facelift Supra on the A4 (westbound) approaching the Hogarth roundabout, reg L977... (missed the rest) at around 1850. Like I say, small world really...
  13. Do-Luck. Loads of bods are gonna say, "yeah, but there're loads of those around... boring...boring...blah...blah..." But there's one very good reason for there being loads of them: it's the best looking one!

    A spring Clean

There's a magic dial that you can twist a long way to the right that eliminates all rattles/unwanted sounds at pretty much any speed... (See pic, as marked!)
  15. This was a great show last year and I'd love to go again. I may be working, though, sadly and probably won't find out until about five minutes before. If things change and I find out in time, I'll add myself to the list...

    Hi

Hi Kris. Depends what wheels you have, I guess...
  17. Strangely, I was looking into this sort of thing the other day, as the HKS re-mounting of the stock expansion tank to below the o/s headlight, while neat, is not the most convenient place on earth. What variety of Honda does that tank come from? Looks like an ideal size/shape!

    Good effort there. Well done!
