Nah, i know how you feel mate, i was the same, but the chances are you will crash it and then feel appauling that you did it in a car you really want. I know i did when i smashed my first car. Like mentioned earlier, something inbetween a Supra and a Corsa would be a good car to learn in, Celica or MR2 will save you lots on insurance and aren't exactly slow, plus they will give you a feel for rwd cars

Actually the reliability did play quite a big factor. I'm also quite confident i didn't buy it to race the chavs, the main difference between us is that i've been driving for 6 years and started off with a much more suitable first car until i could handle a Supe

Reading between the lines you want to race around in a powerful car, like a complete tool with absolutely no experience in order to make yourself feel superior to the lower life forms (Chavs).

I'm not looking forward to my trek to work tommorow, down and up several steep hills that never get gritted. I'm scared.

Can i also add that the Supe was never designed to be outstanding on the fuel, and it is somewhat missing the point of the car trying to get it to do this.

I can't see this getting passed in to law to be honest, at least not without serious revisions which will take years.

I've got one of these in my Supe, fantastic unit! It does charge the ipod yes, but it won't work withthe iphone 3g or 3gs, only charges them. It controls the ipod off the menu. No animated equaliser or menu's, unless you tell it to continuously play the demo mode. The quality of the screen is incredible, i've watched whole movies on it in traffic. Only point i've picked up on is that if you fit it in a Supe, you must have the car in Drive to be able to removed the screen, otherwise it retracts in to the gearknob. -
Sounds about right given you WILL almost certainly crash it and write it and possibly other people off.

Yes, go in to user cp, there is a setting to change it back to default. User CP > Settings and options > Edit options > at the bottom of the page

As above, 10k for an NA is insanity, you would have to have smoked alot to be insane enough to pay that. You can pick up single turbo's pushing out big hp for that.

8 PSI of it's stock, TTs in stock form are virtually bullet proof, I wouldn't worry about them. They are good for 1.2bar.
