    the intrest rate is gona be what ever you bank is gona give you tbh, id say youll be lucky seeing anything under 4% the more equity generally the better the rate you can get! they know that you can shop around then and are usually keen to get you buisness (esp with good repayment history) renting is a bit of a waste of money tbh if you can afford a mortage at the same sort of repayments,

    just intresting to see what constitutes fat, ugly, tranny etc in some peoples eyes thats all, funny thing is that a mate of mine has a wife who in my eyes is pretty rough on the eye but ive heard him comment on some beautiful women (very famous for their looks) that they are muts! could never really figure it out but as they say, beauty is in the eye and all that! oh how i laughed at shallow Hal!

    im looking the half circle clips/pins that help keep the pads off the discs on jspec brakes, can they be bought separate?? swept 3 of mine up and threw em out! dick! part number would be super great thanks cheers all
