My supra has been complained about by the residents for being too loud. The poor de-catted blitz nur spec on the n/a has proven too much for my residents. Strangely the police officer who phoned me was very polite. I never rev it or drive it outside of unsociable hours - its always parked up by 8pm and leaves after about 12pm earliest so I'm surprised to have even got complaints about it. Scared to drive it now for fear of retaliation from these residents Don t know what to do really. Love the sound of it and not really willing to take the nur spec off. To be fair I had no response to the complaint - it is incredibly loud to be fair. Not sure what to do. If anyone has an exhaust control valve I'd massively appreciate it?

Your supra does look very cool. Very few cars tuned up look as cool as supras these days

Almost every decent aftermarket bonnet I ve had had rain guards. Or if it didn't, the design allowed water to pass through non important parts of the engine bay

My blitz is super loud with decat and not been stopped yet....which I must admit I am surprised. Sets off car alarms on side streets - love it lol. It's louder than a double decatted rx7 blitz nur spec!!!

Blitz nur spec r is super loud, but the amount of thumbs up I get each time I take it out can't be beat. Never get bored of flooring it off lights Dunno about DB rating though

I have the white one in bath. Did I pass you the other day and give you a wave? There is a silver one in Bath too. There are very few supras in Bath. I am aware of only mine and the silver one.

If I knew what parts I needed and could get a competent mechanic to source the bits for me cheaply I'd do that.

Could be Sunny. My situation is I am looking for a cheap white TT for £3.5k-£4k even if stock and I'll take my goodies from my n/a to the TT and sell the NA cheap (£1.5k-£2k). OR I'm looking for a crashed TT with all the bits I am missing (big brakes/TT BPU'd/good ICE) for £3k-£3.5k and i'll take all the goodies off it and sell what I dont need for at least £1k. But not willing to pay £2k+ for an engine alone. Just makes no financial sense to me.

You could be right. I just looked on pistonheads and can only get £4k. But the money made from off loading the rest of the car still make the engine relatively cheap. I think its more the remaining na owners are not prepared to pay £2k+ for a tt engine when u can get a full tt car for £3.5k (albeit a bit bashed up on outside) with seats, wheels, tyres etc. etc. I am after one but £2k+ for tt engine is way over priced for me. So waiting until the prices get more realistic.

Sounds like its not worth the money. And from what I hear people who have been in uk and jap bpu's, the japs accelerate quicker. Which to me at least is what matters most.

Mines got carbon. Looks awesome, tho looks even better with c-west light covers over the rear LEDS - that is the ultimate and rarest combo. Think heckler and i are the only ones in the uk with that combination.

I'm definitely keeping my stock ish outside. Definitely think they ll be a classic in 10-15 years. In fact a friend of line who had one back in the 90 s wanted to buy one and said he was shocked that supra prices have started to go up again. And then I noticed they have!

Had so many compliments on my supra recently. It s funny it doesn't turn as many heads ad it used to, but almost everytime I park it up in a residential area next to a walking passerby I often get people say how much they always loved the supra shape, or how much they always wanted one. Interestingly age is kind of irrelevant. When fast furious came out it was generally younger people in teens and twentys complimenting it. Now I get pensioners, 40 and 30 year olds loving it. Interestingly its the teenagers of today who no longer care. And (super) bikers always love it too. Love fact people say they rarely ever see one these days. Basically I love my supra and am so happy to own one

zz3 s are v. good, had them on my rx7 and supra. Need to warm them up though to get best performance.
