Tried pulling the cable hard while pushing and banging the bonnet and still wouldnt release. Found a charger at Halfords that will give a charge to the battery via the ciggy lighter, not really happy doing that but will give it a go and see if it helps.

Thanks for all the advice chaps. Looks like I'm going to have to either get the front jacked up and try going past the undertray, or call out the AA even though I dont have homestart on my account. If I can get the car started I can drive it to a garage, but I cant bump it as its an auto. I did get a set of pliers and pulled the cable from inside the car and it still wouldnt release, so it seems to be jammed on one side. It just doesnt even release teh bonnet at all so it is fully shut. Bugger.

Not driven my Supra for a few weeks and the batter hasnt got enough charge to start the engine. I have a portable jump start but the bonnet wont release on the near side catch. Any tips on how I get this fixed? I cant get the car to a garage to have the bonnet released as I cant start the car, and I cant start the car as I cant get to the battery!! Any thoughts?

Yep, the Supra always draws them back in, there's no escape!! Interesting car, not seen an NA with big brakes before, not sure it was even an option?

They offered us the date in May and nothing more. We are looking at an alternative where we go to Shakespear Raceway and then go to a local hotel for a night time drinky...

Ordered and paid for enough space for 80 cars and the marquee, so this event will happen.

If you want an exhaust that runs along the stock lines then the Whifbitz single or twin box is ideal. The twin box is louder than stock, but not too loud. Not sure how much louder the single box is. The one on my car just bolted in place and no other work had to be done to make it fit.

I have contacted Fuggles to ask for a massive plot and will then hand this to whoever can pick it up. With DBv2.0 in Sept I doubt I can orgainse this and that.

Adi may well be tied up with the wedding plans and life as a soon to be married man. This may need somebody else to organise it.

It's awesome. Ellis did a great job with the design and it will certainly stand out. Shame its going to be sat on stock suspension with 16" wheels, but its a project to be upgraded each year.

Cinema part of this is definite. Not sure what time yet as they have not set the times, but we are hoping for a 4pm or 5pm showing. The outline plan is then to go to a karting place and those who want to race can race, and everybody else can buy some food. Then at around 10pm we go for a drive in to London. That all depends on the film showing though... So definitely keep the afternoon of the 4th April free. -
Did we want to do this at the start of March when its a bit chilly, or towards the end of April? We have the FnF7 Bluewater event on the 4th April to think about too...

WHen most people are packing up their drinking tokens those 3 are just in the taxi on their way in to town with a whole bag full of them to spend on booze, strippers and kebabs.

Hi Rosie, if you can get Salix to talk to you then they will let people order online and get names or free text on for a small cost so you dont have to be too involved. I'm sure there are lots of others out there that could do it too. The key thing is to get somebody with a website so people can order for themselves...
