  1. There is a problem with the software sometimes and it will not import data and the bar on screen will not load up. Try exiting the software and going back in a couple of times and it will probably start working. What version software are u using?, i'd recommend a update to version 1.49. As long at is says online u should be fine with the ign key position. Are u using a genuine communication cable?
  2. I use RSJ motors in moseley who are a independant bmw specialist. Top guys and have used them for from years ago and have over 20 years expierence with bmws. If u do decide to go there ask for ravi and mention the guy with the m3 e46 ( vanos problem)sent u and he will look after u.
  3. Open up the support tool and go top communication and then import data. You should see a loading up bar and the words corresponding displayed. Once it has impoted data you will be able to open the maps which were tuned from the toolbars at the top of page, airflow/ ignition etc. To set a base just set all the maps to 0.
  4. Sounds good! So the track time is it for your own car or hire etc? as it did not mention anythingon the site. Should be there regardless.
  5. Fuel pump or the fuel pump relay? Have u done any diagnostics yet?
  6. I watched this on the news yesterday and was amazed how far medical science has come. This is a big leap forward and hopefully should work out for the guy. I was listening to the surgeon who said the hardest part was figuring out what veins/nerves attached where and in which direction of flow....a bit like a engine transplant me thinks!
  7. re: Skyline's V's Supra....well skylines have no style IMO...simple as that...the supra is all about 'style' so that reflects on the people and the owners. I agree the myself that the supra is a better looking car. Only bought the gtr to see what all the fuss was about and TBH in brum where i live the evo are in big numbers and run rings round the supra's becuase they handle so well but i am not a fan of evo's but wanted something with better all weather performance but with rwd characteristics hence the gtr.
  8. Been a member on here for a year and can honestly say this is by far the best and friendliest forum i have come across. I don't have a supe no more but still on here as there is always activity and new stories etc. I had a e46 m3 after the supe and soon got rid off that as the uk forums were Boring and dead. I have since gone back to japs and bought a r33 gtr and joined the gtroc forum. Gtroc is no where as lively and friendly as this forum and threads often dont get much replies and if they do there's alot of negativity compared to here. It seems there alot of competion between the skyline folk and a lot of people seem reluctant to help with problems. So yes, this is a great forum and community IMHO so keep up the good work and take care.
  9. I would have just pulled out my gat and shot him LOL! Some crazy b4astards in this sick world today. A few years ago i was in Rackhams in brum when a mad man walked in with a mashety and sliced a good few people up fo fcuk all.

    arthritis

I am 30 and been getting pains for the last 3 years. My dad suffers from arthritis so probably in the family. Recently i have been getting it in my wrist/ankle/fingers/lower back and shoulder but have had bad knees for a long time, bumping and grinding like snoop dog on heat! It is at it's worst in the cold and damp weather and can get painfull at times and wake up very stiff in the mornings so need to loosen up a bit. Herbal remedy seems the way forward for the pain if u know what i mean. When i was in greece and spain did not have a single ache or pain so think the british weather plays a big part.
  13. Good advert and typical of the times we live in.
  14. Happy birthday matey and av a nice one!
  15. Are u allowed a passenger? and do they have to pay xtra?
  16. Yes would be fine although harness will not fit as it is for a skyline gtr.
  17. Your well safe at 11.2 afr and also should have decent egt temps.
  18. I mapped my own emanage on my single supra and did quite well me thinks 580 BHP and 500lb + ft @ 1.35 bar on a hks to4r and stock engine. I was a bit nervous at first as it was my first supra engine and was piggybanking a SARD ecu so was unsure if i would have problems. Piggybanks are not to difficult as u have a base to start from but on a single the ignition maps are totally different so take time. I have mapped a few of my previous cars (S14a, evo, pulsar etc) and also a few local cars using emanage as no one around brum seems to be dealing with emanage's and there is a quick buck to be made. Get familiar with the software first and then go mapping as u waste a lot of time looking for icons etc if u dont know where they are. I have only used the emanage as i am familiar with it and does me for my road cars but would think twice about a standalone ecu as they take more time/experience.
  19. What kind? Lm-1 style or a round gauge?
