Yes the m3 went up in the lane i was in but cut across to the inside lane as he came out off the grid area. I had seen 2 flashes by the time i was half way down the grid markings and obviously the m3 had gone over the same patch of grid that i did with out getting flashed.

Ok so i got flashed, but the thing is this time it was weird. A few seconds before me a car (m3) went through the same set of cameras at well over 70 mph and did not get flashed but when i went through at 38-40 mph on my speedo (it was a 30 mph limit which was 40 mph just 20-30 yards before the camera!) the b4stard flashed twice. There was a car in the left lane doing more or less the same speed as me but about 2 car length ahead so dont know if it was him or me. I did feel that i was only just half way in the grid marked on the road when the second flash happened and the car in left lane was exiting the grid at the time. I can not understand why the camera did not flash when the m3 went through and flashed when i went through at almost half his speed. If any one can shed any light on this, it will be much appreciated.

Very true and well said. These days dont believe what you see and what you read as it is all controlled by the media. Regarding alcohol, muslims are not allowed to drink it but it can be used in medicine and for treatment of injured so how the fcuk is the guy claiming that he can not handle it. There is as always more to the story and we only know what we read.

Can you not read mate? Do you seriously think that things are being discussed in a mature manner in this thread? i know not everyone but some comments are just plain rude and insulting. This is not the first time a thread about religion has started and i have seen the previous ones myself and all i can say is that these dont achieve nothing. I know exactly where i can post and read but am shocked that even though we are all members of the same forum and here with the same interests that dumb ass threads like these dont achieve anything constructive. So exactly what have you learnt from this thread then mate? Also if this forum is say has 1% members who are religious and the other 99% who are not, you say it is a good place to get a WIDE range of opinions. Maybe you need more friends instead and get some real world un- biased opinions.

No offence taken at all mate. What i am trying to say is if u go up to someone and say there kid is ugly because thats what u believe then dont u think u would get a reaction to that comment? Religion is more dear to some then others and these kind of threads/issues on media with insulting comments are what extremists are using to recruit young and innocent kids by brain washing them, so u see this is fuel for the fire. Why are these kind of pointless threads started? You will never get agreement from both sides yet i feel these threads are started to wind people up and destroy what is mostly a good natured forum. It is not the first time these threads have taken place on this forum. Get it through your heads people that u can not change anything, for f..cks sake this country could not even organise a petrol strike never mind change religion. So please can someone start another bloody thread cause this one is just going round in circles.

Like i said before i am muslim but i still find it disturbing that people can make comments like this which are just totally unecessary and insulting. Obviously i am not christian but still think it is sick of people to insult someones beliefs like that. No offence, but that is disgusting comment to make about anybodys faith/beliefs. I have been bought up to treat and respect others the way i would like to be treated but seems some people have no respect what so ever for others. Also found Homers comments about nutters making up islam very disturbing and can only say it is sad to see that people on a such a great forum can actually be so silly and childish using totally unecessary language.

I did say alot of people and not everyone. i too would say it myself and would not give 2 shites about it but u will find in the real world mate that there are people who will not say anything when confronted face to face.

Mate tbh i am not very religious but do have beliefs which are mine and do not influence any one else. Unfortunately we live in times were a majority of peoples opinions have come through the media coverage of recent events and potrayed Islam to be full of extremist's which in reality is not true. All off a sudden the media has programmes on day and night about Islam with titles such as Undercover mosque/terrorist's etc which instantly create doubt and stay in your head. So when people think about Islam these are the words that ring in there heads. I can asure u that we are not all like they show u on t.v and Islam is meant to be a religion of peace but has been taken out off context. What i meant about saying to someone's face is that for exmple alot of people will and can make negative comments sitting behind a p.c but would not say the same comments to that person if he were 22 st 6'8 and was heavy weight standing in front of them. It is easier to type a comment up without even thinking about it but funnily enough standing in front of the person you would think about what u say.

Not really mate, depends on what u define as religious types. Islam is growing at a considerable speed and i dont know the facts/figures but there is a huge number of americans converting over to islam every week. They may be pointless to u but may mean the world to someone else, so please respect others views and not use words like pointless. This argument will carry on for ever so i will say no more on this thread and let others continue as i have much better things to do with my time. Everyone is quick to type up and judge others but $hit all happens in this country, just like the fuel protests. So i say each to there own and to the small minded ones who may make them selfs feel better by typing insulting/abusive $hite about others beliefs but yet will not have the balls to say it to there faces but are fine typing on the P.C.

Well said and absoultley true, not me, YOU (just for micheal) tom, dick or harry can change it. So love it or loathe it but its happening as we type and at the end of the day there are a lot more and i mean by millions of people involved in religion compared to the small odd number of people against it on this board. So as they say majority rules, so the minority of people on here can keep whinging all day and night but it is not going to change $hite!

They may waste time for in your opinion and be groundless beliefs etc, but i will RESPECT your views and not comment on that(isn't that hard to do really). So just because u don't believe in something u are suggesting that i should grow up and a start believing something that u believe in? U trying to convert me to your following and views? I personally dont care if u or anyone believes in santa claus, godzilla, king kong or vampires as that is there business, so why poke my nose in it and if i dont believe it then that is my view. So u see there isn't any one wrong or right as that is their own views and it is not that difficult to respect others views/opinions even if u dont believe in them(should try it sometime:innocent:).

If the majority of people in this country have the same views as most of the people on this thread, then no wonder the country is a $hithole! People seem to constantly be slagging off religion and coming up with crap but the fact is that if it is not your religion then RESPECT other peoples views, stop making silly comments, grow up and u might actually get a genuine debate.
